Watashi ni XX Shinasai is one of those stories where the plot is the thing that gets you interested in it first regardless whether its a girly story or not. And the plot is interesting to those who like romance's and can relate to the many emotions and circumstances shown in this story. NO SPOILER.
Story 7/10 This story's main subject is something that can be both good and bad. Something that is very simple and very confusing at the same time. People have written poems, argued about it, cried about it, and (horribly) killed for it. LOVE. LOVE and the many characters afflictions and troubles ...

The art is good, and the story begins with a fun blackmail situation, it's also fun to see how the Yukina uses her experience to write her cell phone novel. But the enojyment stops there.
The development is horrendus, and the love triangle (square, pentagon) is forced beyond believe, and the shoujo tropes are exhausted. The story takes a turn after the 15 first chapters or so, and it's just bland. So so so bland. The characters have no consistency, and their developments are just weird. I think Mami, Yupinas love rival, and Shigures younger brother, are the only two that actually keep in character and ...

I just stopped at chapter 37 and I have to say, at first I was completely underwhelmed. Now, RomCom Shoujo manga isn't really my thing, I usually prefer yaoi or psychological horrors, but I do have to say that as it goes on the character development goes along pretty well, the shallow relationships that the character had deepen over time and through the course of events.
However I think every thing is a little too overdramatic and, well, "sparkly". To be honest, the only reason I kept with it so long was because I really liked Akira's character! The main character is pretty well written ...

so you have it... all this story is giving you is a shower of old overused cliches...starting with a good old one unpopular girl~popular boy (or be it otherwise)...and than we have a love rival or two and some kind of a twist well in this case its a rather weak one...starting with main heroine...she gave some kind of promise in first chapter ...

I love Tooyama Ema for her artwork.She's a mangaka and "Koko Ni Iru Yo" is one of her best work for me.It made me cry many times too.But I just realize that one of her manga works which was titled "Watashi Ni XX Shinasai!",the main character look a like her so when I'm reading this manga,it was like she's writing a dream story about her.
The story seems interesting but the plot is quite confusing.Yukine is the main character and she's my favorite female character in the manga while Akira is my favorite male character in the manga.I ship this two at first but I changed ...

Honestly, at the beginning of this manga, it was really amazing and I loved it. But then... I don't know what happened but it went from being really good to absolutely terrible. The main character just seems selfish, stupid and can't take in consideration anyone's feelings, including her owns, wich is super annoying. Whitout spoiling, she made some terribles descisions, and I only wish to see her all alone crying in a corner, I think she truly deserve it. I dropped the manga at chapter 46 because it was too painful to read (because of the character's actions) and the story wasn't progressing at all

TL;DR: Read this manga if you enjoy reading a manga that reeks of NTR vibes, cheating, and spineless characters that are practically forced to make a move.
Created an account just to review this clown fiesta of a manga. Male harems are staples for shoujo manga and this series is no different, which is perfectly fine. However, the fact that the characters devolve into mindless apes as the manga progresses made it extremely difficult to enjoy the manga. The start is cute, the end is good, everything in the middle is messy.
It’s satisfying, but is more like a guilty pleasure read. The problem is the endless love triangles that crop up. I think the very first love triangle and the Sensei arc could have been removed, because the manga sometimes feels like it’s dragging on. But all in all, it’s got fast pacing and minimal slice-of-life scenes (good). The characters are scums and jerks. Well, not really, but you can’t help but see them that way.
