I felt jebaited by this manga. IN A GOOD WAY THOUGH!
Considering myself a huge “Akame ga Kill” fan, I am excited for Takahiro san’s new work. Without much thought, I proceeded to read and was expecting a similar “Akame ga Kill” story style with some gory fights. BUT!! As I flipped pages through pages, I started to laugh harder and shake my head in disbelief. Upon reaching chapter 15, I came with a conclusion. Takahiro san is not only good at writing out stories, but also he is an ... excellent pervy story maker ;) God damn

If I have to be honest, this manga is creative as f**k. Lending more power to girls equals to more ecchiness. I LUV this story setup already. Blending the style of “Akame ga Kill” and “To Love Ru Darkness” (my two fav mangas) is simply too much for me to bear. Takahiro san, keep it up man!! (-0.5 for potential error because it is still relatively early)

Despite of having a different artist (Takemura San), the art quality is definitely still top tier. In the first chapter, when they show the illustrations of “Mato”, which means magic city, and fighting scenes against monsters, I instantly knew that I am going to enjoy the aesthetic of this manga; however, deep inside a man’s mind, I am not satistified. I need to see good drawing of ecchiness. Soon, Takemura san gave me the pics I want to see. Easy 10 for good drawings of backgrounds and ECCHI stuffs~~

The art style still slightly reminds me of “Akame ga Kill”. Especially, the moment when Kyouka, the female MC, shows up. She reminds me of Esdeath~~

It's really hard to kill characters early when you are published in Shonen Jump even if the author is Takahiro... haha 😄

Nonetheless 9/10 for me.

Unique story. The story is really designed for a balance between the progression and the 'Jump-service' onto the readers.

Great MC character development, the MC develops as the story progresses even if there are 'service' panels,

Nice female characters' personalities, they have good character developments especially (Tenka-sama).

... Kinda cliche battle arcs especially when positioning who will fight against who.

Let's be honest, yes, the art style is really good. I just wish the managa itself was good too.
(TLDR, cool art and horny stuff, zero to no plot or story after the first 40% of the manga)

The manga begins with a promising, somewhat bland but still intriguing concept and story. The characters are fun, the battles are well drawn and the pacing is reasonable. However, at a certein point the plot is just thrown away. The mangakaka realises that readers care more about the art and the fanservice than the actual plot and so it does a 180 and just turns into fanservice ... every other chapter. That was not an exaggeration, in the latest chapters, literally every other chapter is almost entirely fanservice with no substance.

The whole story feels like its there to just get from one ecchi scene to the next, there is an ATTEMPT to fool you into thinking there is some sort of plot left, by throwing random little crumbs and scenes here and there, but as soon as you think to yourself "Okay, FINALLY!", the other 50% of the chapter is fanservice. I get people mainly read this for that very thing, but i am disappointed because i was pulled in by the art and story, and was left with just a well drawn hentai doujinshi.}

Which leads me to my final point... why was this not a hentai doujin to begin with? If you want to mainly draw H scenes, just throw away the plot and release this as an H rated manga. And one final thing i cannot understand - chapters are CENSORED, and then randomly, one of them is not, i hate that, either uncensor them all or just dont, its just blue balls.

If you want just pure fanservice and great art, read this, if u want fanservice that has substance and story, dont waste your time.
(P.S a way you can enjoy reading it is just looking at the art and ignoring the story completely, its a much better experience and you wont be let down lol)

Simplicity and entertainment is what defines this series of Takahiro (writer) and Youhei Takemura (illustrator). With these characterizations it can be beneficial but also the opposite for the reader, being simple makes it easy to read by not having any complexity in the story, thus focusing more on the developments and relationships of the protagonists. Depending on how the authors want to progress the characters, it can fall into the category of remarkable to generic. In my point of view it is better than generic but it’s not so high as to consider it remarkable, some main characters do not have enough attractive personality because ... of using the classic archetypes that are in the manga/anime, producing a reading with low and high. The low ones are some characters, the structure of the world, and the fanservice. While the high ones are some characters, the illustrator's drawing style, and the fanservice.

The characters are easy to identify, as by their designs and also by their personalities. Starting with their personalities, some of the protagonists fall into the inescapable chasm that I call: the classic dere archetypes. As the cheerful and affectionate deredere, and the sadodere who likes to play with the emotions of others. Reading series that use a very similar formula from other successful series is no longer enjoyable after having to read several other series that use a very similar formula, just like eating the same food for weeks. When we get tired of it, we choose something different that we have not tried frequently or maintain the same base but mixing with other ingredients. Same thing they should do with the archetypes, select an archetype not widely used or create a hybrid between 2 deres to bring some freshness to the characters and perhaps creating a little more enjoyable reading. For example, the very himedere-tsunhun with an aggressive attitude and the ambition to be revered but causing herself uncomfortable for her toxic side of wanting to appear strong, and the utsudere-deredere who suffers from a despair of unleashing her other face of the coin caused by an incident that she cannot forgive while keeping optimistic in front of her comrade

But, as a buffer in case of a fall in interest by the reader, the authors make the decision to add an intense amount of fan services distributed mostly in specific situations such as when the protagonist is rewarded, while the rest of the fan services goes to some parts of some female character’s activities, although it is not as visually extravagant as when protagonist is rewarded, it is only there as leftovers from the food. But it is not as bothersome as "Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi", the duo of mangakas at least knows how to use it better. In Kenichi, the fanservice is dispersed in a disorganized manner that can cause a great distraction for our perverted mind, changing our approach to "What will happen to that character?" into "Please do not, my little friend from below, do not get up yet I still want to continue reading."

Moving on to the world structure of the serie. The protagonists live in a society in which males are much inferior than women, while living in a dimension called Mato, which is about the size of Tokyo and is separated by 8 regions, each having in the custody of an anti-demon body unit, where our protagonists belong to the seventh. Thus, structuring the basics of a fantasy world. But. This is where the author’s motivation ends. Mato's world is just a rocky area, with rocky mountains, with stupidly simple monsters in design. It feels like a copy and paste of the Kegare dimension of the serie written and drawn by Yoshiaki Sukeno called “Sousei no Onmyouji”, the 2 being a rocky world, with rocky mountains, and with a lot of generic monster designs that even make me doubt about the creativity of these mangakas. It would have been better if the story took the issue of feminism in that Japanese society and the rest of the countries with more relevance. Thus nurturing our curiosity about the society that the protagonist lives showing how the people who have embedded the ideology of the superiority of women towards men work. How does the hierarchy work? Have men not made protests against feminism? Why do those peaches only work with women? I bet $ 0 that we will never know the reason of the feminism there.

Youhei Takemura's drawing style resembles the Yoshiyuki Nishi;s illustrations, mangaka from "Muhyo to Rouji no Mahouritsu Soudan Jimusho", but more moe. Something similar to the "Eromanga-sensei" series. The designs of the characters are where they are similar, but especially the head/face, having a round head like a soccer ball, eyes that occupy ¼ of the face, a nose as thin as a hair, and a small mouth that it can even take up to half of the face when they open their mouths. In addition to having a facial relationship in characters with another mangaka, Youhei Takemura knows how to create characters that are easy to recognize by just using a feature of their designs, creating a character with a simple appearance and having 1 or 2 parts of the aspect that attracts attention making the character stand out more by not having a saturation with full-body accessories with dubious utility and depend on the colors to recognize the character, such as Sigurd from Fate Grand Order. Example would be Himari Azuma, who can be recognized for her butterfly-like ponytails, or Kyouka Uzen for her accessories in her ears that makes her look as if she had some horns, although they are wings of a bird. Apart from that, the neon colors used in the illustrations are very striking and bewitching to the mere mortals that we are, especially the covers of the volumes. Interestingly, the way Youhei Takemura uses neon colors is similar to the covers of the Ultimate Edition volumes of Hokuto no Ken.

Although it is a very ecchi fighting manga, at least some of the fights has strategies in them that could give the impression of "Well, at least the characters use their heads and not just only use their fists”, making the characters to looks airheads and straight forward mentality into more like people who can think during specific situations such as a fight in this case. Looking for a example will be in chapter 36, during the fight between the Azuma sisters and a Shuuki, where Yachiho Azuma uses her powers to go back in time to prevent the worst situations during the fight and locate the main enemy and then return in the past to make a surprise attack. Or as in chapter 34, where Shushu Sugura faces a Shuuki with great resistance, so she shrinks and enters the monster's interior to later enlarge and tear the enemy to pieces. These are not complex or surprising strategies, but at least the manga writer dedicated some of his/her time thinking about how to take advantage of the characters' abilities during confrontations, which is better than a fight between characters where the stronger will be always the winner.

This manga sucks. It may appeal to people who like sadomasochism, but definitely not me.
What bothers me the most is that for a manga that tries to be feministic, it’s bad. It undermines the concept of it by being a manga in which women have complete dominance over men. At the same time, the main protagonists gets to do whatever he wishes to his mistress as a « reward ». Even worse, it’s an Ecchi, which doesn’t make a lot of sense with the themes of the story…
The characters are decently made, and the story has some plot holes, but it’s simply not enough to compensate ... for the message which I find simply too annoying for it to be an interesting read. I really wish they used issues in the real world as a basis to find interesting concepts, not this.

Mato Seihei no Slave is basically a hentai disguised as an action manga, but don't get me wrong, the fighting scene are as cool as those sub-sex scenes. Women in the manga are a bunch of mommies, and the MC is one hell of a sigma.

Fan service: 9/10; It's sex but without the central part.
Fighting science: 8/10; it seems pretty decent to me

Overall, if you want something to awaken your "hidden self" and enjoy cool fighting scene, you should invest your time in this

I hated akame ga kill because he killed off characters WAY to quickly. While it was sad to see them go, It would have been a far better manga if he let us get to know characters before killing them off. There were several other things I hated about akame ga kill, but that's not the point.
This manga changes my view of the author. The world is very unique and easy to grasp, and the characters all have unique personality traits, that I(I haven't read much harem) don't usually see very often. The development is also well done. I would be fine if he ... started killing off characters right now(I don't think he will though because it is very different from akame ga kill) because I would actually feel for them. I would give it a go, even if you don't like harem.

Here's how I imagine the first meeting for the series went down. Takahiro-sensei sat down with his editor and said, "I'm not sure what I want to write yet but I can tell you two things I want: battles and boobs," to which his editor snapped his fingers and replied, "I'll get you the best damn artist I can find." And so was Mato Seihei no Slave born– a battle harem manga featuring both fights and fanservice in beautiful excess, and absolutely nothing else.

The premise summarizes the 10-ish volumes of the manga so far succinctly: a high school boy must fight as the "slave" ... of a superpowered squad of women against an otherworldly threat, and his battle performance is rewarded, accordingly, with rewards befitting the libido of a pubescent teenager. Naturally, you would expect flashy battle scenes, and those are abundant; like a rainbow after the rainstorm, the "reward" scenes inevitably follow. Thus, the narrative cycle is established: the women fight for humanity (losing their clothes in the process), and then amply compensate our hero for his valiant efforts– repeating ad infinitum.

Featuring a potent distillation of sex and violence, and a diverse gaggle of girls all fawning over our protagonist, Mato Seihei no Slave is the embodiment of an adolescent boy's power fantasy. Takemura-sensei's art accomplishes the impressive task of making this fantasy real, demonstrating remarkable talent with appealing, sexy character designs as well as eye-poppingly stunning fight sequences that never leave a dull moment in the manga.

A series that so clearly touts its fanservice would typically cause discerning readers to raise an eyebrow at more fundamental shortcomings, such as its utter predictability or shallow characterization– thankfully, author and artist have ensured that constant stimulation will prevent such irrelevant and intrusive thoughts from ever entering the brain. By penetrating several layers of critical reasoning skills to tap at subconscious desires below, Mato Seihei no Slave proves that battle harems are an artform with yet more to offer.

I'll just keep this short. Let's first start off that Takahiro is a great manga writer, and he even wrote my favorite character (Esdeath), but this manga is a bit disappointing for me. Mato Seihei no Slave seems like a manga that really should be classified as an h-manga more than what it tries to be. The plot of the story, at the beginning of the story, is very interesting. As you read the chapters however, you see minimal story progression, because half of the pages are h-scenes. The story basically goes like "transform, beat enemy, h-scene". When you finally get some more plot and ... lore, a chapter later it's back to fanservice. This is mainly due to Kyouka "lending" Yuuki to other women, wow, a classic harem. This diminishes the depth of the characters and their relationships, reducing the narrative to a predictable and cliché harem dynamic. Just as it seems like the author realized this all the way around chapter 75-80, when he tried to solidify Yuuki and Kyouka's bond, guess what, the next few chapters its back to fanservice. Any progress made is swiftly overshadowed by a return to excessive fanservice, disrupting the potential for genuine emotional connection and character development.

Mato Seihei no Slave, while initially promising, ultimately succumbs to prioritizing explicit content over a well-crafted storyline.

Chained Solider is a stupid and sexy battle ecchi that is more fun than it ought to be. Its story is engaging, if not a bit weak in some areas, it regulates its ecchi scenes, and has some genuinely cool and clear battle panels.

First, if you are struggling with porn use or are not comfortable seeing nude female bodies, this manga will not help and you shouldn't read it. The author intentionally tries to include at least one scene per chapter, so there is a lot of exposure. For this reason, I can't 'recommend' this manga.

While most readers may not be primarily interested in ... the story, the author understands that something needs to keep the readers interested in between "rewards". The world of Mato and characters of Mato are pretty interesting and, in terms of genre, there's a nice mix of interorganizational competitiveness, conspiracy, standard world-ending stakes, and slice-of-life/romance/ecchi nonsense.

Regarding the "rewards" of the manga, they are not overdone and the author notes that they consciously try to not make them distracting or interrupt the flow of battles or narrative elements, which is respectable.

Structurally, the manga is usually 3 - 5 panels per page, so it gives the author room for big, hype, and impressive sequences. More often than not, the author succeeds giving their characters badass moments of triumph. Tenka and Kyouka stand out above the rest, though not to diminish their comrades.

This is an ecchi, so there is not of lot of 'downtime' to care about the characters deeply, which is a shame. Closely related, the low number of panels doesn't give a ton of room for subtlety, which obviously isn't the point of the manga, but does affect emotional attachment to the characters. However, each character is given some time to be more than a pair of boobs so there is something more for you to root for. Some plot elements have been awkward, but not too distracting. In my opinion, Tenka does steal the show after her introduction, which is a bit disappointing to an extent because at its core it is Kyouka and Yuuki's story.

Ecchi? Check. God-tier fight scenes? Check. Abundance of Waifus? Check.

Mato Seihei no Slave is a masterpiece.

Takemura’s art is top tier, making for god-tier level fight scenes while also showcasing magnificent erotic scenes that make this feel like a hentai that also has a thrilling and action-packed plot.

We've got a legion of ability-packing waifus fighting monsters and giving magnificent rewards to our MC. There's something in this series for everyone, no matter what your type or fetish. Come for the epic fights, the erotica, or both, no matter which you'll surely be pleased.

Disregard the anime; read the manga. This is peak.

Here’s the bottom line: this is fast food manga. It’s the type you consume when you want a straightforward plot, anime titties, and flashy art. Doesn’t break any new ground, gets the job done, and is a great way to unwind after a hard day’s work. Like Popeyes.

By 2020, women rule the world and have these rules because their gender is the only one able to consume peaches, granting them special abilities. Usual shounen stuff. The power is from peaches because they look like asses.

It’s a solid shounen-ecchi-harem mishmash. The action and schmovement is well-paced for the biweekly upload schedule and there’s plenty of good ... shots and paneling. There’s stakes, but characters aren’t pushed to the point of being bloody messes. Yuuki is actually more than just a slave and a caretaker and I don’t see him as a sucker idolizing mediocre pussy.

The slave ability allows for the ecchi content, because Kyouka has to reward the slave. That means foreplay, softcore porn. Kissing, licking, ass-to-face, tits-to-face, whatever. Now, it’s ecchi, so everyone gets sexualized and objectified to give me a stiffy, but I like the fact that they’re over the age of eighteen. You can easily find better stuff to fap to than Mato as one can go to a local Mexican place for something far better than Taco Bell, but sometimes you just want that five dollar Cravings Box. It’s not the same, but there’s nowhere else I can get a Baja Blast Freeze.

This is femdom, but it’s not hardcore. It’s fluffy. No girl wears a latex catsuit, takes out a whip, and starts smacking his ass before chucking anal beads into his bum. The start of the manga plays them out to be wary and rude to Yuuki before proper development since I assume talking to a guy is like talking to a homeless person. Both receive unfair treatment and societal shame. The villains do force the ecchi content without consent because they’re villains, simple as. No villain so far has yet to peg Yuuki or do CBT.

Like Tatsuki Fujimoto, the creator of Chainsaw Man who admitted in an interview that he enjoyed having a girl kick down his bike and taunt him, once said:

“I want women to be in higher positions than men.”

So they are here. And for the sexual content, they tend to be in a higher position than Yuuki too.

In Mato Seihei no Compensated Work Benefits, the plot doesn’t have too much slog dragging it down. Like, hearing Yuuki say his sister was never found means she’ll probably show up later, so it was nice to see her show up so early. Same for Kyouka and how her backstory ties into something she directly confronts. I’ve read stories where they dilly-dally and jiggle my balls for like fifty chapters.

And, y’know, he is literally a slave in an unequal, oppressive world, but he still manages to be less of a bitch than Kazuya. That’s not a high bar, but I like to shit on that manga because it’s funny.

He can cook and clean the house too. The girls who wanna diddle his do have good reasons to like him. If you’re a girl working 24/7 fighting Temple Run dudes and you see this attractive guy who is submissive and has the perfect traits to be a househusband, it sets up the possibility of romance unlike other nonsensical harems where love is handed on a socially inept platter. He’s got respectable traits that make him a tidbit more appealing than his other spiky black-haired, spineless doormat love-triangled brethren.

Of course, there are pitfalls. Mato is Mato. The Tuesday special is only on Tuesdays. It’s like every single girl has conveniently never lusted over a man before he came along, and the reward is forced. In these romcom stories, the thought of a woman ever having crushes on other guys rather than the main dude breaks the wish fulfillment. The main guy is always the object of affection, the end goal, and any side bitches aren’t allowed to be like, “Fuck this guy, I’m gonna go date someone else.” Only the main character is able to decide the lover, not them. Even the MILF and GILF’s husbands are never seen. Not a single himbo DILF exists. The mums probably got artificially inseminated because they’re down to show Yuuki their tits like it’s nothing. I chalk it up to society.

I expect the upcoming Tomato Tamato anime reception to be an anti-feminist shitshow and I would not have read this manga if Ren Yamashiro didn’t exist, but overall, the score’s an eight out of ten.

If you want some profound dive into the idea of humanity and demons and expect every major character to be multifaceted and morally gray, then don’t pick this up. Pick up Innocent, Innocent Rouge, Imomushi, or some other cool and wicked seinen.

I normally really dislike fanservice, but for this manga, not so much. I don’t know why, but the way the story develops is great, the female cast members are all unique and interesting, and the art is solid. The start was a little meh but once it got to the better arcs it became really interesting and I got hooked. Most of the cast is really badass.

First of all, let's not pretend this manga is so much different from anything else already out there. It isn't. In fact, the first couple chapters may leave you with the impression it's going to be just another isekai-thing with gratuitous fanservice.

And it kinda is. But is a damn good isekai-thing with a not so gratuitous fanservice.

The plot is quite simple: There's a mysterious dimension called Mato which from time to time, a gate appears connecting it to Earth. In Mato there are ogre-like monsters who will slaughter any human they set their eyes upon. Since they're superhuman, normal humans don't stand a chance against ... them, but there's a special fruit found in Mato which can awaken superpowers (devil fruit?), but for some reason, it only works on girls (conveniently). Our protagonist is a normal guy who becomes slave to one of those girls, which turns him in some kind of beast to help her fight. In exchange, she is required to give him a "reward" according to his efforts every time he transforms.

What this doesn't have in originality, it has in execution. The fighting/training aspect is surprisingly well done. Even though there is some kind of power level dynamics, the characters get stronger through training and most fights are pretty satisfactory.
Although it isn't really a complex story, there are a lot of gorgeous girls, all with defining characteristics and motivations. The plot actually matters and the way it unfolds feels very natural.
And most importantly, the rewards aren't there just for the sake of fanservice (which would be fine). They work as a reason for the girls to develop feelings for the MC and for their character development. It goes without saying they're very well drawn. It makes a hell of a difference when the ecchi stuff actually is meaningful and not just some random panty shot out of nowhere.

In conclusion, this is a pretty light and fun read and the ecchi scenes are pretty good. It actually surprised me positively.

It's literally sadomasochism ecchi, but I really enjoyed it. Only so much can be communicated through the manga medium, so you'd think that putting proportionally more of the content into respectable facets of literature like character development, story, intercharacter relationships, etc. would be the best way to achieve a high rating.

But like 30% of this was anime tits.

I found it pretty enriching.

Either that speaks to Takihiro using the other 70% in an unfathomably efficient and admirable manner to fit enough respectable content into this series, making it one of my favorite mangas...

...or I just like anime tits.

I don't even know how you would write a comprehensive and detailed review for Mato Seihei no Slave, it's fucking anime titties. It's very good and isn't afraid to go all the way with its fanservice, oftentimes bordering on softcore porn.

The art is drawn beautifully, it's very crisp and nice to look at. The girls have different personalities and different body types so you're bound to have favorites. The good thing is that every girl gets attention.

I don't even remember the story. There are demons that attack Japan or some shit and in this world, women have superpowers while men don't. Which means our protagonist, ... who is initially a weak dude forms a slave-master contract with a group of demon hunters and gains superpowers that he can utilize as a slave. After working as a slave though, as per the contract, has to have those demon hunter girls "service" him. So yeah.

It’s an ecchi harem and in my opinion those are the weakest parts of this manga.

Mato Seihei no Slave does my favorite thing tremendously, it has compelling characters. Yes you would expect that from any story but for a harem with 20+ girls I didn’t expect this coming in.
I read many harem where I go “this MC can be replaced by hundreds of protagonist”, but not here. Yuuki seems to fit the role of slave excellently and that’s in part due to his relationship with his sister. Every character has something to overcome and that’s what makes them all a team. Another thing I liked ... was the action and fights, primarily between the Mato Defense Corps and the Shuuki. As the MDC gets stronger, so does the Shuuki. It feels like a constant tug-a-war.
Now the ecchi. I’m not typically against ecchi but I feel like it was lazily used when there were creative opportunities, let me explain. We get to see each girls abilities, as well as their goals and personalities. However, as soon as the “reward” for Yuuki kicks in, they all do the same horndoging with little variation. There are exceptions, like the head commander Ren Yamashiro. Her ecchi was unique to her character. The same goes for Bell, the 3rd unit commander and Nei, a 12 year old clairvoyant.
Next up is the art. Everything looks incredible. The Shuuki designs look amazing, the environments look beyond stunning, and the character styles are very clean and visually appealing. My only gripe here is I wish some of Yuuki’s slave forms were a bit more detailed, but that’s it.

I can usually be level headed about things I review but I did this one purely out of love for the series.

Side note: ignore the anime, read the manga.

Mato Seihei no Slave is my first manga, and i have caught up till now(6 march, 78 chapters)
I wanted my first manga to be a romcom since i'm a romcom enjoyer myself,but damn you're in for some real action if you're gonna start this and i'm glad my first manga turned to be really a good one.

I call this manga: "Action Packed:Both Battlefields and Beds"

I was wondering why the story gave a professional feeling to it, then later on i realized it was the same Author as Akame ga Kill. The Pacing was great since the beginning, there was no drag to a conclusion, ... things sped up when it's supposed to, and things slowed down....well it never did.There's always some trouble for the main characters and it takes different forms,and they get a well deserving short breaks in between which is called "rewards" in the story- basically everytime the heroines ride the main character's transformed form, their body are automatically supposed to reward them,which is nothing but fan service peak by doing all ecchi things with him except sex- like, who the f**k thought about this genius idea? yeah,this author.
As we progress we meet various dangerous women,and what makes it funnier is that we only get to so more and more
female characters, literally the mc is the only guy.

Continuing from before, The only male character is the mc,and around 98% are females ready to give fan service.YET,yet,what's different about Mato Seihei no Slave is that the characters are equally well made to prove that this is not some brainless ecchi manga.Every single character has an unique superpower and personalities; we don't go much deep to make the characterization three dimensional, but atleast they're enjoyable to watch.
What i wish from this manga more is improvising some characters to add more emotional connection with the readers,we see a little characterization from mc and fmc, and then from another girl, but that's it.

i've read some mangas till now after this one, and i think from my experience,this has the exceptional art quality,be it
actions scenes, background details, or fan service moments.Every characters are designed very unique.


This manga will score on two places alone-Enjoyment and action,don't expect some intense drama,deaths or masterpiece-story- but it will be hell one of a ride to read this manga ,worth the binge.9/10

I am not a masochist, but I would not mind being the main male lead for the day, lol. So for, I am really enjoying the story of Mato Seihei no Slave. Initially, the story does take a slow start, and it does feel generic within the first couple of chapters, but it does warm up eventually.

The story is simple, but it is also creative. There is fan service, but nothing goes too far and it is done with the flow of the story. The characters are nothing new, and many follow similar troupes of already existing series, but that is not a bad ... thing. The characters do add to the story and they very well enough to contribute positively to the plot.

The artwork is presented in a very polished manner, and the paneling transitions well.
