This manga is really cute and wholesome, and I recommend giving it a read. The main character is from Tokyo, but he moves to Okinawa, and ends up falling for a girl with a strong Okinawan dialect. He can barely understand her, but the girl has a mutual friend who helps translate. The mutual friend has a crush on the main character too, which adds an additional cute element of romance. There is nothing ecchi about this manga, so you can read guilt-free. While it's not too long (seems like it might be ongoing?), it has likable characters and introduces the reader to Okinawan culture ... in a fun and natural way. Enjoy!
