Synopsis

Ryou Karuizawa is about to graduate from middle school, however, he has one thing weighing him down—his undeclared love for Miton Omoi. She's good-looking and has a great personality, not to mention her excellent grades. Even though she plans to go to an all-girls high school, he decides to confess anyway. To his massive surprise, Omoi accepts his feelings! In a daze, Karuizawa doesn't know what to expect next. In contrast, Omoi does not wait around. She starts by transferring schools to come to his, planning out their wedding to be held two years from now, and sets absurd rules for their relationship. Immediately, Karuizawa realizes one thing: the intensity of Omoi's feelings is just like her name, absurdly heavy!

The description is very fitting for Omoi ga Omoi Omoi-san, and it depicts what one can expect from the series as a whole. The main thing of note that is missing is that MC's feelings are pretty large as well, so don't expect things to be too one-sided like I feared.

I have to say this is the most fun series I've ever had the pleasure of reading, and I'm only 17 chapters into it.

Yes, a girl like Miton in real life would be hell. She is psycho cranked up to 12. But to be clear, the presentation here isn't dark at all but funny as fuck!! It is so incredibly absurd that literally every chapter has made me chuckle to no end.

There doesn't seem to be an overarching plot here, yet. It's just simple, cracked-up fun so far.

The characters are, yes, one dimensional, but they are all equally hilarious.

At first I think it came out a little strong with the obsessiveness that Omoi had shown and I was debating if I should even continue, but as the I continued reading it was a lot more mellow and I really enjoy this manga.

I think all the characters are well made though it mainly focuses on our mains which I really like how the author made them to be.

If your looking for a lighthearted romance manga then I think you will enjoy the story and the characters. I still am reading through this, but from what I have seen I don't think I will ...
