What was the first adult rated (R, TV-MA, etc.) content that you watched?

Back when I was 11, I watched Family Guy thinking it was for my age. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I was laughing so hard from the first episode, since I had a very "twisted" sense of humor.

If I had to choose between One Piece and a girlfriend...I think I'll go with One Piece

My parents did a really good job of stopping me from seeing things I shouldn't have seen... then one night, I woke up.

I turned on the TV.

Channel 60.

Mission Impossible bc my parents watched it with me when I was like 3 or 4.

ALSO not tv but I used to watch youtubers like LeafyIsHere, Pyro, Gradeaundera and Albertsstuff wayyyyy to young (I'M TALKING LIKE 6 ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ) And I used to just laugh so hard even though most of like the really edgy jokes would just fly-over 6-year-old me's head bc I didn't understand them.

And also, anyone remember this one flash game literally titled "Mutilate A Doll 2"? I WAS ABSOLUTELY DESENSITIZED TO VIOLENCE AND GORE BC OF THAT STUPID FLASH GAME, I played that ever since I was in GRADE ONE!! ๐Ÿ˜ญ (decided to revisit it recently though and it's honestly still kinda as fun as I remembered it!)

EDIT: WAIT THIS MUST BE THE MANDELA EFFECT OR SOME SHIZ, TURNS OUT MISSION IMPOSSIBLE IS PG-13 DANG IT ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ
But my dad also used to show episodes of the walking dead when I was also 3 or 4, and that's rated M where I live, so uhh yeah.

We had a field trip back when I was in grade school to go to the movies, and one of the PE teachers actually snuck us into an R-rated movie. The flick was callee Don't be a menace to South Central while drinking Your juice in the Hood. Yes that's actually the name! XD

Maximum Overdrive in the mid 90s when I was like 3 years old. My mom kinda let me watch whatever I wanted to, or we all just watched R rated horror film as far back as I can imagine.

My family were always really relaxed growing up, maybe a little too relaxed. I still remember playing world at war zombies and my sibling repeating the swear words from it and winding our parents up the wall. That and maybe my parent's looking a little dissapointed at me when they heard RayWilliamJohnson playing on the computer. Really truily though the first time I thought actually I am a little too young for this might have been when my grandad stuck on the movie Lebanon: The Soldiers Journey. I thought to myself when watching it that this is too grown up for me.

My first R-rated film was shown to me and other classmates in school by a teacher, believe it or not. It was Roman Polanski's 1971 adaptation of Macbeth, the play we had been reading in grade 10 English.

What's even funnier is that my second R-rated film was also shown to me by a teacher; we had to analyze Stand By Me (1986, dir. Reiner) for grade 11 English.

As for television, I seem to remember episode 19 of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (which I watched at 13) having a big "TV-MA" in the upper left corner, if that counts.

My first M-rated video game that I played was Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare at a friend's house when I was 12, while the first M-rated game I owned was Fallout 4, which I picked out for my 17th birthday.

The first R-rated movie I watched in full was Rushmore when I was 14. I'd watched clips of stuff like The Breakfast Club and Dazed and Confused before.
"Molly Ringwald" out right now - check my Linktree!

After we finished all the courses in technology class teacher said that we can bring movies to watch, someone brought hardcore porn at the first day. We were all like 16 and already had relations so nothing groundbreaking. This guy was an idiot tho.

When I was 12 I watched samurai x trust and betrayal. VERY violent and mature, but a great ova

I also have a vivid memory of watching family guy when I was 3 and my dad telling me to stop since its not kid friendly. I’m pretty sure that happened, and it makes me laugh whenever I think about it

In middle school I was home sick from school on Halloween and watched Army of Darkness, which honestly had no reason to actually be rated R. Still love it all these years later.

Excluding pornography lol, I remember watching Amores Perros on one of the Spanish channels that played movies.
Poor dogs :(

Good movie though, actually re-watched it last year.
