Without her the crew wouldn't have even gotten this far. Even Usopp has his uses since he was in charge of repairing the Going Merry and he invents things like Nami's Clima-Tact. |

ive been hating recently the sexualization of nami like... more over in the wano arc not only was she basically useless but they made her wear the outfit kinemon made the entire time even tho she didnt like it and not only that but the bath scene with sanji ?????? like what the fuck is up with the fanservice recently ????? it honestly made me dislike sanjis character more too
| @beotchus There is a reason for Oda's obvous apparent increased perversion with Sanji because the author is trying to convey the stark difference between having all your humanity and feelings to becoming a souless puppet unable to experience emotion which will be a dark sad story indeed for sanji considering he was one of the straw hats that was full of life. He is the comedic backbone of the show make no mistake. So if oda decides go in this direction that will be a very dramatic shift for his character and will be made more shocking because of the fact that he was the complete apposite before. |

yeah thats the exact reason i havent watched db or naruto ... awful female characters!
all im saying is i think the show was better when sanji was more romantic and sweet and less of a perv
and that namis character has been dull and used for fanservice for awhile now, tbh just in general most of the strawhats just havent had much character development or really personality post time skip, esp zoro for me
i just miss girlboss nami😭 its why arlong park is one of my fav arcs

The topic of culturally based nudity and sexual differences in media for underage characters is an interesting topic with alot of discussion. For example, with fanservice, Go nagai basically pioneered the concept, but it was always presented and used in the context of adolescent sexuality, not pornographic and one piece kind of borrows those traditions and since go nagai heavily was from that era of sexism, hence why OP is kind of like this. Chainsaw man for example follows more of the modern politically correct climate shift of today. Obviously morality changes over the years, affect how how audiences feel about specific things being presented on screen. That’s why I love the 1980’s anime was depicted in its purest form with out all the smut of today and over exaturated features and special effects to enhance the fan service. But I will leave it that for now. |

| LRLL arc is pretty good, better than skypiea even. the latest opening that just dropped (the peak by sekai no owari) is a top 4 opening in all of one piece and top 2 or 1 even, visually. |

| -Skypiea was actually great -It’s for the best that the Straw Hats don’t get into relationships with each other (I feel like they’d be better off as friends) -The story can move way too slow at times -Little Garden should’ve been cut down to at least 4 episodes -More characters should die onscreen like Whitebeard and Ace |

| My random headcanon is that Mihawk could withstand Hancock's devil fruit beam somehow lol, I think it would look cool as a manga panel, seeing Boa in shock and Mihawk with a stern glare as if nothing happened. I really hope they don't screw up Mihawk at the end, he's been like "the" mysterious lone wolf character for the last 15 or so years for me. |
