Waiting for the next episode is what's hard for me. watching the episode when it comes out is the easiest thing in the world. It's the only anime I'm watching from this season.

Sounds like a you problem since I don't relate at all. I recommend dropping it now since the next arc is just gonna get worse if you can't keep up now

Yeah I sometimes feel like that too... What I feel is discreteness in feelings conveyed in each episode. Like something is making me forgot that I have to watch what's gonna be in the next episode. Not sure why, but my friend reminded me that 2 more episodes are out and I was like ah yes, JJK S2, right I was watching that...

That's how these battle shounen series are for me as well. Episodes from mha, jjk, demon slayer, etc are best digested 3 or 4 at a time imo.

Nah i totally get you. Like this is the best season yet of JJK. Easy 9/10. Yet somehow I find myself forgetting to watch it. And it’s not just now. It happened with the first season too. I’ve always enjoyed JJK, but for some reason I forget to watch it and then end up with a few episodes to binge which, don’t get me wrong, is honestly better then the teasing that is watching episode by episode. But I don’t have this problem with other shows. Even the ones that are mid that I just watch after I’ve caught up on the good ones I still manage to watch weekly on time 😂 idk why. Maybe I’ve got too much cursed energy directed at suppressing my desire to watch JJK to keep me from discovering the truth… maybe I gotta try using reverse cursed energy to heal my brain and remove the seal 🙏🙌👏👏👌☝️👇🖖🙏🫴🏻🔴🔵➿➿➿🟣 💥

Some people like keeping up with it weekly either so they can discuss it or to not get spoiled

Some people (I'm assuming you) would prefer waiting till the run ends and binging it all.

Both are valid and just because you're the latter does not necessarily mean the anime has pacing issues

I'm loving this anime and so far this is better than S1 IMHO, while S1 was great due to the awesome fight scenes, I believe it was lacking everything else, S2 on the other hand has inferior fight scenes but it's better in the other things.

I only hope S2 doesn't drop the ball, there are plenty of episodes left and plenty of anime drop the ball later on.

maybe give it some time and binge watch it? some shows are more enjoyable that way! I would say it is really good so far but I totally get what you mean because there are also shows I can´t get into despite knowing they are good. don´t beat yourself over it and just watch it later. I´m sure you´ll enjoy it more when the right time comes.

I've felt similar experiences before, probably you're having a burnout and feeling saturated from watching anime. What I'll suggest is, if you want to watch JJK continuously, then find out character-analysis and theory channels(which doesn't cover manga content) and build your personal anticipation for the series. Or just do something else for weeks

Seems like its a problem with you. Either you're burned out from anime in general or you're actually not enjoying this season as much despite you seemingly liking it more than Season 1. I suggest taking a break from watching JJK and watch another show (especially since the next episode won't come out in like 3 weeks) or take a break from anime in general and do/watch something else.

That way, you'll be refreshed once the season returns and can hopefully enjoy it again.

Honestly, I don't enjoy having to watch one episode every week either. I'd rather wait till it's finished, so I can binge it. I enjoy it more this way and don't have to cringe every cliffhanger
