I know that the Earthians were framed for something. What? Why?

There's a war what is that about?

I agree that this installment is an absolute mess. Clearly poor planning and writing by the production committee. I’ll be finishing it, and did enjoy some parts of it, but do not regard it highly at all. Complete disaster, but at least it looks pretty..

I’m really not. I watched the prologue and read the short WN prequel on Ariel as well. The first cour was also really enjoyable, it’s only really started to fall apart in this season. The exposition is dumped on you and the “big” reveals have had poor direction and build up. The series clearly could have benefited greatly from more episodes, but its a product of the times. I’ve watched enough in my life to know bland, poorly written characters, inadequate pacing and a poorly written universe when I see one. But to each their own.

You might wish to watch the series multiple times. There are multiple moving parts to this story but I guarantee you that it hangs together very tightly.

There is a reason that this is the second highest Mecha piece on MAL. I personally feel that Mercury S2 is the best show of Spring, 2023 … a season that is full, IMO, of superbly crafted stories.

How is there that many comments, yet none of it actually answers the questions... I'm curious about them too. Watched the prequel, S1 and S2 so far and even tho I enjoy it, there's still planty of question marks for me when some things are happening

there are supposed to be a lot of open questions but if youve seen the prologue and pay attention to the show, most of those questions are answered .

this show received the unceremonious death it deserved for shippers that attacked the gundam fandom, bankrupted gunpla stores, and attack the anime fandom consntantly. Good riddance.
Just don't bother with this show. Do not buy the kits. Boycott this installment.
