I think the first bit where It’s just a gag manga is good but tbh the moment where it hits its “Golden age arc” (Helcks backstory), is where it really becomes insanely good. And I don’t think it will be fully appreciated if it doesn’t get 2 cours. Luckily the studio doesn’t seem entirely new to 2 cours, I’ll be it still rare for them it gives me a little bit of hope

I doubt they can do the entire story in one cour. I think either a 24-26 episode season, or a season/part 2. I just hope they adapt the entire story and don’t stop halfway or do it poorly/rushed

and consecutive no less. So happy to see, hopefully they maintain a good pace and don’t attempt to adapt everything to fast

So it's confirmed to be 2 cours..

I haven't read it but.. since the manga ended at 12 volumes, will they do a full adaptation or nah?

I know, 6 volumes per cour will be a really fast pace. Who knows.

Seems definitely a bit excessive if you ask me. I shouldn't dream about more than 24 episodes... But I do. 26 should be the minimum

thinking about it.. Summertime Rendering managed to adapt the whole 13 manga volumes into 25 episodes and the pacing feels fine enough.
(I havent read the manga so i dunno if they cut some dialogue/content.)

For Helck, I hope we do get a good quality, complete adaptation.

I just hope they finish the whole thing. Living shit on ongoing has become a trend.

It is indeed two cours, but I don't know if that'll be enough to cover the entire manga and still have decent pace. Judging from what other people are saying I might be in the minority on this, but I would much rather get an incomplete adaptation with good pacing than a complete adaptation that ends up really rushed.

I think they'll be able to fit all of it into, what I think is confirmed a 26 episodes. They can honestly cut some stuff from last 1/3 of the manga (especially the "climax") since I feel like that was the weakest part of the manga. I thought everything was amazing but it felt like there were multiple climaxes and final boss after boss kept showing up. Got pretty dragged out so I hope they try to fix that in the anime.

I think it’s possible they could adapt it fully and know that they will probably try to. But it means they have to know what to cut and when. I really hope this gets a good adaptation cuz if it does it may be one of the best shows next season

That 1 or 2 episodes can make all the difference, not gonna lie.
25 rather than 24 allowed Summertime Rendering to have a proper epilogue episode. Helck having 25 or 26 would give the anime the time to properly portray some relevant, but maybe not central for the plot, scenes.

I hope they significantly shorten the ending though. I stopped reading the manga because the final fight was dragged out way beyond what is sensible. (I hope this doesn't count as a spoiler).

Yeah I agree, I think they will have to cut some stuff if they want a full adaptation and the ending would make sense(also I think you’re good 😊👍)

É bom esse mangá/anime? O protagonista me passa a vibe daqueles animes de ação mais antigos.

Yeah it is quite good. Despite being a bit of a slower story
