In Episode 7 they censored the nipples of Tensen and there was also a Yuzuriha's in the bath too (in manga). 
I am wondering if there is also an Uncensored version ??

idk why u guys think a nipple as that big deal like some hardcore censorship material for the shows like Hell's paradise Lmao, bro it's just weird that they aren't drawing nipples of a person ( read the manga you will understand what im saying, there are a lot more Tensen scenes and idk how they gonna adapt those)

Yeah, I figured out that you asked about whether there was an uncensored version of this anime.

Anyway, there is no uncensored version. This one is the final one for the TV release, with the amount of censorship required by its R category. As @inim has mentioned earlier, R+ category would allow this show to depict details such as nipples. R category, however, forbids such things, however allows suggestive scenes to some degree (i.e. even without nipples there was no doubt that one of Tensen's breasts were naked in that one particular scene from ep. 6 and 7).

Technically, I think there is a possibility of BD release having nipples put on Tensen's breasts, but I doubt it will happen. R category is R category, after all. No matter if we are talking about TV series or the same series released in physical format, such as Blu-ray. But who knows? Time will tell.

You don't see popular anime with an uncensored version for a reason. It makes it ecchi which no one wants. I understand, if there was a moment in the manga that needed more special effect or story that didn't add to the anime. But out of all the materials, you chose the nipples to focus on ๐Ÿ˜‚

They aren't censored. They aren't there to make animating easier. (to be honest, they were hardly there anyway in the manga so I don't get the point of complaining, a boob is still a boob when you see it.)

God I hate this community! The thought that I'm automatically associated with it for being an Anime fan and on this platform fills me with disgust. So many edge-lords bashing and insulting ppl for even bringing up the censorship or that nipple-less breasts look unnatural, out-of-place, and just plain weird. Not to mention in a show where gory decapitations are left unadulterated. Nice rating system ๐Ÿ‘
