I'm getting tired of watching anime where characters just constantly talk during fights, explaining their next attack move, and so on. That being said, I have seen anime where characters actually shut the fudge up when fighting and its such a breath of fresh air. Here are some of the titles I've seen where this could potentially apply:

Dororo
Blade of the immortal
Sword of the Stranger
Cowboy Bebop
FMA
Darker than Black
Shin sekai yori
Psycho pass

Honestly you will be hard pressed to find a show that completely avoids this problem all together, but going from memory some shows that keep it light on the dialogue are: Kill la Kill, Megalo Box, and Samurai Champloo (iirc). If you are okay with manga recommendations I believe Ashita no Joe does a good job of letting the action flow.

Can't think of many that have NO dialogue in fights, but fights in FATE usually are more action than talk
This anime shit is addictive

Attack on Titan is the first that comes to mind, especially being a shounen.

I'll also say Vinland Saga, Kenpuu Denki Berserk, One Punch Man, I'm pretty sure even Jujutsu Kaisen
Yeah I don't think these anime have those "2 second good animated fight scene into a slowed down, zoom in and dialogue".

6/10 thread

Psycho Pass
Darker than Black
Some fights of Sword art Online (mainly alicization+) had more action than talk (from what I remember) same goes for fate and kara no kyoukai
Hero Mask (it has very little of fights almost none)
Vivy had also more action than talking if I remember correctly
Vinland Saga
Jujutsu Kaisen

As someone said above, I think it's pretty difficult to find an anime where they don't talk at all before/during the fight, but some do it a little less than others.

If my memory doesn't fail me and I remember it correctly, these should be okay:

Samurai Champloo is great, no annoying dialogue explaining their powers, amazing fights, cool characters
Darker Than Black was pretty good in this regard as well
K Project was okay too (though you might often have dialogues on how certain characters used to know each other before/during fights)
Katanagatari
Some of the Ghost in the Shell movies
Vivy: Fluorite Eye's Song (if you ignore Matsumoto and Vivy's conversations before they go out "on a mission")
「 Између људи и нељуди. 」

Most fights in fsn (especially hf) have quite less talking. Vinland Saga and tokyo ghoul are good examples too. If u r considering mecha fights then 86 is also there.

The first anime to come to mind is Fate the fights have epic music and amazing animation. Plus I don't think they are dialog heavy at all if at all honesty.

i dont like the ones where they talk about how strong they are or how they are going to defeat the opponent
i like the kind of talking where the characters are kind of have an inner conlict as well, like with some ideals and stuff(for example, the shirou vs berserker fightt, there is little to no fight bt the right dialogue and right soundtrack choice just makes it so mch more impactfull, that self analysis kind of fights where they gradually grow while clashing swords and stuff(something like vagabond i think, the sasaki koujiro arc)

bt i fokin enjoy the stand fights too,cuz they are jst so 'BIZZARE',its usually just talking bt still,i love almost every fight in jojo, especially every fight involving joseph

Yeah, I'll echo what some people have said above and say that Fate doesn't use much dialogue during fight scenes as far as I remember.

This is just the nature of your typical "Battle Shounen". You get the "DBZ effect" going most the time where over 90% of the fight is just character trash talking each other along with internal dialog and shouting out explanations about their actual attacks so the viewers aren't confused when someone pulls out some battle move out of their ass.

If you are trying to avoid this stop watching "Shounen" action and invest more time in "Seinen" Anime or at least Action Anime that isn't specifically tying to target any particular demographic.
