She used the same eye as Ghislaine did in S1 to observe mana. By all accounts, especially for a human, Rudeus has a stupid amount of mana, so it was probably a reference to that.

Well Yes but actually NO .

Foresight eyes is very helpful for Mage like Rudeus who have a slow move and weak on Close combat ,but This eyes still have weakness i think ,It can't see the movement of King Class and Above Swordman (Ruijed Is King Class even better Btw That's why Rudeus Lose ).

That's why In future Rudeus can't beat King Class Eris and another Highclass Swordman

Maybe she was talking about a human that surpasses the amount of mana from laplace, as badigadi said rudeus has more mana than the magic god laplace, its a wonder for her that a human could have so much mana to be even comparable to laplace

She has the appraisal demon eye - in the LN she explains what it can do and its limitations.

She can basically evaluate what rudy is (limited by her knowledge of things she has seen in the world during her lifetimes).

So she knows how much mana he has and that he's not a normal human.

You're confused.

Rudeus does not look like a fat NEET "inside".

It's a mental thing. Rudeus still thinks of himself as a loser NEET which is how he imagines his inner self. Once he gets over that, he imagines his inner self in his reincarnated form.

She used the same eye Ghislaine has to see mana. In the light novel, she comments that Rudeus has even more mana than Laplace, who was/is considered to be the strongest mage in history.

It's rare for anything to have that much mana, and it's doubly rare for a human. That's why she commented on it.

Rudi 'Can' beat 7 world power with "MK armor" Without it Rudeus just Emperor Class Mage who doesn't know how to use Touki and always got cut and Lost his arm a few time when Fighting againt Swordman LOL

I remember in the LN (spoiler)

When Rudy fights the demon king he can see his movements in the future and somewhat counter them…, but my memory is bad lately so could be wrong

Yes. There are 2 reasons for his large mana pool.

The first reason is because he exercised it to exhaustion on a daily basis for years on end as a child. Mana is like a muscle in this world: the more you use it the larger it grows, and that's especially true for children under the age of 10. Rudeus essentially had 5-6 years straight of him intentionally trying to drain his mana since he noticed this trend early on. Most people, if they start early, might learn magic when they're already close to 10 or past that age, so that exceptional growing period is lost for them. Rudeus was able to learn magic and start training it when he was 2 or so.

The second reason involves plot spoilers.
