I consider my MAL account to be one of my most prized treasures because it has all the data of the animes I'm watching and completed. Stay strong my friend and I hope you get your account back |

Stay strong my friend and I hope you get your account back Thaaanks, i hope so... i want my account comeback... that account is from first time I watch anime... first time i have friend from other country and all of that memory stored in my account... i don't know how my account gone.. and the email i think also change... because no single information appear on email after it... i only login like normal day in MAL and MAL says that my account not found.... after it i found the account but with different name... i hope MAL admin can see my form in "contact customer support" and try the best to give back my account to me :( |

| @Yvonnelim99 well idk.... but now i already created another ones.... seems that MAL admin or anything like that doesn't care about this, even when i already give all of data of that mal account to make sure that i the legitimate owner of the account they refuse to reset the password and give it back. so now i using new account (this) just that.... well this is shame, that know your house is occupied by some bad people, who already change the lock and change the paint color of the house (username) and then when you report this to police, and giving all document of your house, police refuse to arrest or give back your home with reason that you didn't seems like the owner of the house even after giving all of the data.... |

| To clarify something: Account related problems are handled by the customer support and the people who work for customer support are not the MAL Admins. Customer support works by certain rules to verify if an account belongs to a person. If they can't verify you with standard ways then you can ask for alternative ways to verify you. @Dhanamerdeka I see that you linked your facebook account on the other account, this can help with the verification. If you still want the old account back you can ask them to verify you with this facebook account. |
