| I don't know whether shotas are regarded as attractive in the same scale as lolis are. Probably because they tend to be portrayed as annoying brats, or there is some sexual bias. When I get attracted to a 'loli' character, and I mean the truly underaged type (not the immortal or the grown up petite), I think it is the basic feeling of caring and protection mammals are programmed towards those resembling children. Also, perhaps to increase their appeal, lolis are often portrayed to be more mature and non-orthodox than their immediate surrounding adult characters, which works. It works even more when most kids irl are annoying. |
