I have recently bought 20 used anime figures for a ridiculous price, they are legit ( 120 $ ) but they got some minor issues, they have mini black stains on their clothing, and i was wondering if its either damage, or i can clean it with something, any tips please ?

You lick it clean. All jokes aside, try to get some Q-tips and wet it a little and try to get it off. It that doesn't work, then try using your fingernail to scratch it off. If that doesn't work, adjust the position of the figure so you don't see them

I don't. They sit on my TV stand and case and gather dust. Some for years

Meh. Nothing exciting and I doubt it's residue.

Cum residue on figures that's left to sit can leave a dark-ish imprint on it if they stain, but that's certainly not the stain it leaves. It also would've come off when you tried cleaning it if that were the case, so I guess my hopes were naught from the beginning.

As for what that is, I honestly have no clue. You probably bought it from somebody who didn't keep them on a shelf and lived in a dirty room. It looks like the type of scuff marks I got on my action figures as a kid, but as they apply to PVC figs I don't know since I've only ever interacted with people who took a ton of care of these super expensive hunks of plastic. Can't help ya get it off, sorry fam.

I cannot look at figurines in the same manner after having listened to a story about a mongrel filling a jar with certain liquid in which a figurine of some sort resided.

To me, it more looks like the paint is a bit flaking / scrapped off.

I recommend a magic eraser. Worked really well on some figures of mine that had some black paint spots on them. Rubbed off easily with no damage to the figure itself.

Yep, that'll do. As long as it's a magic eraser i don't think the brand matters too much. The Mr. Clean one should work fine. When removing the paint transfer on my figures i ripped off a small piece from the eraser, wet it, then rubbed it on the paint spots i wanted to remove. This is a very popular method in the figure collecting community lol, it worked really well for me.

You'd be better off asking your questions on myfigurecollection.net, they are pros unlike morons on this site. If you're concerned about cum residue, put them under ultraviolet black light. It looks like paint scrapes btw.

No problem, I recommend that site because the community is friendly and helpful. I'm pretty sure they would be able to solve your problem. Good luck!
Yeah, it's Manaban so I'm not surprised...
