| I'm sure there is a more recent thread about this, but it either got deleted, or it used some unusual wording in the title since i couldn't find it either. This is edited from a post of mine in an unrelated thread. It doesn't come up more often because you can just go to the Top Anime page to the last one by changing the url with a bit of trial and error -> https://myanimelist.net/topanime.php?limit=12600 Some notable details about how the top is ordered: Tenkuu Danzai Skelter+Heaven, the infamously lowest rated anime, is "Ranked #8341". This is the amount of non-hentai anime, with at least one episode, and 50 ratings. After that, the anime with less than 50 ratings are ordered alphabetically. Zumomo to Nupepe is the last anime with a rank, at #11187. (there is also Zunda Horizon, but that one will certainly get more than 50 ratings soon) This means there are 2862 non-hentai entries with less than 50 ratings. And between Zumomo and the last page, there are ~1400 hentai and "Not Yet Aired" anime. | I don't know if this is correct, but if you go to the summary page for any of the currently airing shows, there's a number in the URL. My hunch is that that's the amount of titles recorded in the database, which is a bit over 33k. |

| according to malgraph, i have completed 342 anime which is 2.71% of all anime. by that numbers, i calculate it with my math skill and found total anime in mal db is 12619.99 |
