| I searched on MAL who the sound director was because I wanted to know who ruined the sound of OPM season 2. And I found out that OPM's sound director is the same as Berserk 2016 sound director. Tbh it almost didn't surprise me at all. Did you guys know of this? |

| This guy also worked on Kill La Kill, Psycho Pass, Ajin, Youjo Senki, Cyborg 009, etc You all dissing the guy clearly has zero clue about the hierarchy inside an animation production. Sound director still works under episode director, and ultimately, the main director himself. So even if there's a problem, if the director above him gives an "ok" it's still an ok. It's never an easy decision to make, there could be many things happening behind the scene, we don't know. Lots of things are under consideration before things can get aired. And maybe, (like most of us here) the main director was actually displeased with the initial animation quality and pacing himself so he extended the deadline so the animators can polish the quality more, resulting in many changes and it dominoes to the audio design quality. Maybe they're dreading the episode's quality as much as some of us do right now. |

Did you even watch the show itself? the animation, direction, and pacing were the only problems with the show, along with a few comedy they managed to fit in. He didn't ruin the sound of OPM S2. And he didn't have connections to how this series is ruined. not his fault as well. I know, I'm not blind. I said that he ruined the sound of season 2, I didn't say that he ruined the whole show. |

| He was also the sound director of Fate/Zero, JoJo's, Garden of Sinners and a few dozen other series, most of which are well known and liked. Blaming any problems with opm season 2 on one person just seems like ignorant hate ngl. The sound being different also doesn't mean it's bad. Different staff mean a different work, not necessarily a worse one. |

| From the maker of sword hits sounding like frying pans comes hitting metal sounding like a machine gun and making the bricks breaking earrape. Coming to an entry in a beloved franchise near you. I know the guy worked on other anime that were actually good, but I still thought this was funny. |
