| Examples: Mob from Mob Psycho 100 Alucard from Hellsing:Ultimate Abel from Trinity Blood Contractors from Darker Than Black (if I remember correctly) I would prefer something closer to Mob, where the abilities/powers are randomly triggered by events (such as getting hurt or something), but if the character needs to meet some type of condition first to activate them, then that's also fine.
