You hear that? Jotaro says "I'll personally beat you to death". That's the type of quote you don't forget.

Polnareff was the only one who wasn't let in on Avdol's close shave with death because of his big mouth and he's pissed about it. Even if he would've screamed Avdol's survival into the heavens for everyone to hear, it wasn't nice of them to let him internally beat himself up the whole time.

Even in an unbreachable submarine, another enemy had managed to sneak into their ride. A small and isolated space like that makes it extra dangerous.

Okay, after Joseph, Polnareff is the second funniest character in the franchise.

Everything’s been spelt out. Joseph and Jotaro tended to Abdul’s wounds and made plans to meet up after he healed and bought a freaking submarine. Kakyoin was let in on this at some point, it’s unclear when because when Polnreff was stating he would come back to bury Abdul properly, Kakyoin did seem to be mourning as well. Eventually, when he did learn, he suggested not telling Polnareff, they needed secrecy in Abdul’s recovery and further plans building off of that. Truthfully, it did appear to work, Cameo thought Abdul was dead.

So ultimately, Polnareff is the main character and we only knew what he knew. It feels pretty cruel though, especially with Joseph acting like Abdul wasn’t on the island, and referring to him as if he was dead as they saw him in disguise. Wasn’t that a little far!? Ultimately Abdul was the one to save Polnareff on this island anyways but it would serve to stop anyone from eavesdropping, as it was to crush their foe when Abdul revealed himself. That said, if Judgement's user is alive, he could still report to Dio. Oh well, seeing everyone act like they saw an old friend rather than a ghost made for a funny scene.

Anyways, this super secret entry into Egypt wasn’t so secret after all because a creepy little stand is aboard, tearing through Joseph’s arm, yet again, and proving itself to be a true threat. Something which can morph into anything and trick the eyes while planning an attack, all in a small space, with no means of escape. This sounds like it’ll be a blast. I wonder where the user is.

The map of the journey so far was a great touch, we’ve about made it and it’s been a long ride. It does create the feeling of a road trip, able to look back at every stop.

P.S. More than for anyone, the art style seems to have changed when it comes to Abdul. His eyes look massive compared to how they were earlier.

Looking back at the scene of Avdol's "death," the aim of Hol Horse's gunshot seems pretty convincing. But maybe that was just supposed to be the viewer's perspective. Either way, the explanation for why everyone else acted as if he was dead seems pretty reasonable. Looking at the map of the crew's journey, it definitely has been a long ride. I guess it goes to show that we're nearing the end.
