Also this wasn't mentioned in the anime, but in the manga there's a sidenote that apparently 70% of British people believe in ghosts, fairies, and other supernatural creatures. Therefore England sees and talks to mythical creatures. 8D |

| I second it feeling very short. I think why it fails in comparison to the other episodes is that it's paced/arranged badly. Maybe Chibitalia should have been after the main storyline. Whatever it was, it all felt very random and not put together. |
