| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Now this is exactly what I expected from this anime. This episode was hilarious, the gags were great - all of them. The trip perperation, frontline battle pillows, the trip itself, Kusagano-sensei and P-chan, .. I could go on forever ^^. Loved this episode, and I even rofl'd duriing the preview xD . Can't wait for more! |

| just a nice epi again who can imagine to make a overnight trip at school XD but really you are at school everyday but for example when you stayed longer or go to school at a different time you get another feeling its a little special^^ and we saw soras past the teacher was crazy at the begining too XD haha and i am really looking forward for the next epi ackkk english ackkk sora in english too ackkk japanese XD reminds me a little of ichgo mashimaros ana |

| I liked this episode, but nothing really stood out to me. The bit with the instant curry was funny, though. I've had plenty of overnight trips without pillow fights, now I feel deprived... |

| Omg lol ... overnight trip to the school? So much for going to the ocean or mountains eh? :P Nice to see how Sora's changed since joining the art club! So that's how it started ... first 3 new members :P I mean at least she can introduce herself and stuff now! XD Instant curry and pillow fights (or the lack thereof) ... and those COCKROACHES! Oh my gosh O_O I guess the guys were lucky they didn't have any eh? :P That would've been really scary ... how the heck are there so many in there?! D: So we get Kate the English exchange student next episode eh? That should be interesting :O |

| My goodness, the Engrish at the preview was so sudden, I couldn't emotionally prepare myself for it. That aside, it's nice seeing bits of the art club's beginning, as well as seeing more around the school. It's subtle, but the little bits of world building is appreciated. I also want to point different things I like so far in Sketchbook. I love the calm, instrumental OST as well as the subtleties in sound effects. I love that you'd have to pay attention to Sora's movements to hear her tea canister swish, or how her footsteps sound echo differently in the hallway and in her classroom. I love how Hazuki points out that Sora seemed more talkative compared to when she first joined the art club, but realized that it wasn't that she talked, but she was instead more expressive, which happened to Sora's most comfortable method of communicating. I love the visual gags, such as Kasugano-sensei initially walking around with a chicken on her head, and no one bothers questioning it. Sketchbook is a wonderful, simple little anime that's perfect to chill out to. |

| Somehow it's not first drawing Kuga does.. Where it's some object with her head.. I remember seeing guitar.. Now faucet.. Seeing some memories here and there about when Sora wanted to join the club and just joined.. Nice to see them.. |
