Lol my grandparents don't give a shit what I watch so long as it's not porn (ofc).
My grandma actually enjoyed watching a show and had fun at a local con my city holds.

I mean, have you seen anime? I can't think of a single show without any inappropiate scene, maybe modern Pokémon...

But the reason I don't like watching it in front of others is because it's "a cartoon" and "those are for children".

Fuck whoever says that to you. Watch it on front of them. Half the shows aren't even suitable for kids anyways.

There's been anime my mom decided to watch in front of me /in the living room that embarrassed me/made me feel a little uncomfortable. Like One Punch man, not a fan of the graphicness with that one.
