| I would say : Ever 17 -the out of infinity- Sharin no Kuni, Himawari no Shoujo G-Senjou no Maou Muv-Luv Alternative Sengoku Rance I think we will often see the same names ^^ And it does not change a lot but that is also because the english translations still progress slowly ( it is not a reproach just an observation even if it tends to improve a lot ). But I think my top could change with the imminent english patch for Grisaia ). |

Cant wait for the Grisaia patch, judging from what I've heard about the series that it will be pretty enjoyable. |

| For me it would have to be Cross Channel Kara no Shoujo Muv-Luv Alternative Saya no Uta Phantom of Inferno (you dont know the pains I had to go through to play this one) And since we're doing top lists the worst would probably be: My girlfriend is the president. |

| My top 5 (not in a specific order): Little Busters EX! (funny and depressing at every route) Ever 17 (great sci-fi) Umineko no naku koro ni & Umineko Chiru (great story-telling and likable characters) Steins;Gate (it's very good and epic, and damn, what an amazing voice acting!) Virtue's Last Reward (still Uchikoshi at his best like Ever17) Honorable Mentions: G-Senjou no Maou (I was surprised by story and characters) Clannad (I feel After Story should be full voiced because of the drama) Fate/stay night (nice development, it's a bit slow at the start of every route) Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors (surprisingly, the gameplay works well) I have a lot of other favorites, but I stop here with these nine novels. |

| I only played/Finished 5 so far and I am starting 6 right now as I get into vn's just few months ago. By those are my favorites 2 so far #1 G-Senjou no Maou #2 Swan Song True Swan song would be #1 if it only had multiple good endings instead of just one good ending. |

The world of this VN tackles what can result from the aftermath of societal disparage. 2. Swan Song (Originality/Concept) - One of the most original concepts I have ever come across, plated with a good story. Observe its world through the perspectives of multiple characters and experience their interpretation. The development between characters seems rushed, yet is done well and fits the concept nonetheless. The story deals with human social ethics when under the circumstances of a realistic crisis. 3. Ever 17 -the out of infinity- (Story/Concept) - A leading concept, in which the main characters have to adjust to a situation they never imagined possible. They then discover the truth of the world in which they reside.
