I haven't seen any fanart depicting her as a body builder, but official drawings from the author have her with abs, but no where near as muscular as body buildrs |

At any rate, no, I'm not saying that they actually depict her as a bodybuilder, that was an exaggeration on my part. I mean when they look ripped, like the picture on the first page, which would be on the cover of a women's bodybuilding magazine, no doubt. Also, I think that the pic on the first page makes then look kind of...emaciated. The arms and legs look weird. |

I know they damn well don't have Mikasa abs. To be fair though, there are a lot of women who are smooth, thin, and in shape. The abs in AoT would likely look a lot more prominent than they're meant to be by virtue of it's heavily lined drawing style [in the manga]. By the way, those sure are hot airbrushed abs all right. |

| As I've said before, the way that they have to fight with that 3D maneuver gear would put a tremendous amount of stress on the body, but particular on the abdominal muscles to be able to twist and turn in the air. All the fighters must be pretty ripped and Mikasa we've been told is exceptional. So no surprises there. Annie's body looks pretty awesome too. Anyone got any Sasha stuff? I wonder if all those potatoes haven't made their mark on her body, LOL. |
