| The first half was actually good. The part where Tokugawa is in love with One, I thought it was sweet. I wanted to know how it really went down, since Oribe was the one that organized their rendezvous. Too bad they didn't show us fully. But I was more impressed by how Oribe used the encounter as a business deal for his mansion. |

| Sasuke Oribe is spending even more than his large income and has to borrow money. I believe this became a common problem at the end of the Sengoku Era. Ieyasu falling in love with One when seeing her motherly behavior further emphasizes the "rustic" depiction of him in this series. I wonder if that counts as "simplicity"? |
