| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Great episode! The only thing I hated was the STUPID REFERENCE to God and SNAKES! THAT IS JUST BS! Snakes cannot be GODs but this is anime. So I understand. LOL at Ran and Midori when they both grabbed the arms of their preferred guy cause snakes passed by! I LOVE THE EPISODE other than my little element that I hated! MIDORI AND RAN ARE REALLY GOO FRIENDS! Midori staying by her bed side after having that psychic attack WAS NICE! Seems Ran is experiencing A HIGHER ENTITY TAKNG CONTROL OF HER. That is not really her fault since the entity is way more powerful than her+she has a element of it: the scale! This is like A LOVE/WAR STORY! Really nice since it is on a Island that was occupied by Japanese forces during WW2. THIS ARC WAS A NICE CHANGE FROM the usual! HIGHLIGHTS! This was a funny part with Ran and Midori+Tsukina IS KAWAII! I think she is the prettiest of THE WHOLE SERIES!   THAT WAS A NICE PART WITH MIDORI AND RAN!   RAN GOES WACKO+SHE HAS A VEIL as a MYSTICAL ITEM!     I LOVED THE WAY THE BIOLOGIST AKAZA AND LEGEND WERE PORTRAYED!   END WAS BEAUTIFUL!   |

| I finally decided to stop cliffhangering myself and watch the arcs in one go. Much more fun, I recommend it :) This was a very nice story and just the sort of thing Japan might come up with, flowers, god snakes and eternal love between said god snakes with a dash of evil thwarted by Ran & Midori. I'm pretty sure this has been said before but this show is like the Japanese equivalent of Scooby Doo, only massively more entertaining with actual supernatural happenings and beautiful girls lolis. |
