I had the most vivid dream about two days ago. It just goes to show how vivid my dream was since I'm typing up this post now two days after the dream I had. It was by far the longest, most detailed, and most life-like dream that I have ever experienced. If you have a lot of free time to kill, feel free to read the dream that I have recorded here. It was just such a detailed and vivid dream that I couldn't stand to let it die out in my memory.
I moved to a new town/city without a family. In fact, I'm unsure if I even had a home. I was attending some kind of social gathering for whatever purposes, when a girl comes up to me and starts talking to me about something. For some reason, I had a knife in my hand that she suddenly began to try taking away from me. At first, I don't think I was sure what was going on, (I don't even recall why I had a knife), but the girl began to start grabbing at me intensely, as if she was really serious. However, I began to see that she was smiling. After a while, I realized that she was just joking or playing around or something, as if she just wanted to get close to me. Eventually, our struggle got so intense that we were practically hugging each other. It wasn't a joke anymore at that point, because I realized that I actually felt comfortable and that I liked her for some reason. I also felt that she felt the same way; we were hugging each other really tightly after all. Then all of a sudden, while she was in my arms, she looked up with big and bright eyes and asked, "Do you want to marry me?"
I didn't say anything at that point, probably because I was struggling to find words to say. All I know is that I kind of wanted to say yes. But because I was struggling so much to say something, I think I might've given up, because I released myself from her and walked away.
I think a day might've passed after, time within dreams are always confusing so I don't know. All I know is that I then found myself walking through the streets of the small city looking for this girl. I don't think I even knew what my intentions were, I just wanted to find her. I found myself asking a few strangers here and there, but to no avail. I then found myself outside of an all girls school, where I asked a few girls about her. I didn't know her name, so I'm not sure what I asked, but the girls didn't know anything anyway. Realizing that I looked a pedophile or some kind of pervert staking outside of the all girl's school, I walked away in some unknown direction. It then occurred to me that the only thing I remembered about the girl were two main things; her hair and her very red lips. Unfortunately, I think I lost my dream memory of what color her hair was, but I can definitely say her lips were very red; and that was the main thing I was looking for while looking around the extremely small town. Eventually, I found her by herself sitting down against a wall in the city. I recognized her immediately with her hair first and then her red lips.
I don't even think we had much of a conversation. All I remember was looking at her eyes and somehow connecting with her in just that way. It was as if we were only speaking with our eyes. But for some reason, I knew that I was telling her that I loved her, and she obviously understood.
Some time goes by and I think I might have forgotten some things. I'm not sure if it happened all in the same day or even throughout a whole week, but eventually her friends (girls) would stand next to her and push the two of us together jokingly, make fun of us and stuff in a nice and playful way. I don't recall it being so embarrassing though, and I accepted it since she had such nice friends.
I'm assuming some time passed again, because the girl and I were definitely officially together. Unfortunately, (and this makes me very angry), I will never even remember her name. I'm not even sure if she ever even told me her name in the dream, but it hardly matters.
Although I don't really remember some kind of process, I know for a fact that I also became extremely good friends with one of girl's friends. He was a guy around my age that I enjoyed being with and talking with. (Just like every other character I meet in my dream, I will never know what his name was.) I soon discovered one day that he was actually in extremely deep trouble.
I might have been just plainly walking through the city one day when I came across my best friend (the guy) fighting with a bunch of thugs. I don't recall exactly, but I think he was injured (maybe in the leg?). Whatever his case was, I knew that he needed my help. I joined the fight and somehow got him up and we were running away from the thugs together. (I call them thugs, but I honestly just have no clue who they were or what their deal was. All I knew was that they were evil and destructive.)
We ran a decent distance, but were eventually stopped by a river that ran along the city. It was flowing very rapidly, so there was no way we could make it across and run away like that. That's when I met an old lady, who was apparently the leader behind the group of thugs. She pulled out a gun and was ready to shoot my friend and I. I had no idea who she was, but I knew she just wanted to kill my friend. I don't remember how I did it, but I somehow did something to snatch the gun away from her and throw it into the river.
I don't know when she got there, but I suddenly heard the girl scream to me "Don't!" But it was too late. I had already chucked the gun into the river and it was floating away. However, it suddenly stopped. All of a sudden, the end of the river changed, as did the setting beyond the river. When I looked really hard, I suddenly realized that some kind of barrier was there that created an illusion of a setting beyond the river. It looked like a complete wall beyond the river and right in the direction it led into. The gun that I threw into it was simply stopped where the wall was.
Basically, the small city was so small because it was entrapped inside of an enclosed area. Kind of like a big room, complete with walls on all sides. I'm not even sure if the sky was real or not, it might've been just a ceiling. It all made sense to me all of a sudden; why the town was so small, why there was so little people. Hell, it probably even explained why I felt no memory of a family or of a past. It also probably explained why I didn't even need a home to live in; the place was so small that homes would have been completely ridiculous!
It was that point that I think a lot of things began to happen, yet I don't remember too much of it, probably because so much began to happen in the dream so quickly that my mind can't just simply recall it all. All I know is that those thugs started to pick on the residents of the city and that many kids started to fight back. (For some reason, I just recall kids and younger people around my age fighting back. I think adults existed, but they sort of disappeared from my memory at this point.)
We got into these massive fights with these thugs. I participated mostly due to the fact that the people they were hurting were my friends and friends of my girlfriend, (since the city was so small, that pretty much meant everyone was connected.) The girl and I were pretty much the city's leaders. We made plans together and fought together. I constantly saw that the girl was especially extremely smart, clever, and knew much much more about the city than I did. The battles we participated in pretty much consisted of me fighting on the front lines and her coming up with ways to help me behind the scenes. She was the most helpful, intelligent, brave, and considerate woman I've ever been with.
The last moments of my dream that I can possibly recall right now were of a huge battle that consisted of many thugs and many kids my age. It was in the city somewhere where a huge amount of people were gathered, fighting against each other. That's when one of my closest friends, (another guy my age), was suddenly beaten and caught by an enemy thug. I don't recall who exactly the thug was, but it might have been the same old woman I saw before with the pistol. The guy she was holding hostage was another extremely close friend of mine, but he wasn't the same one who was injured and fighting with the old woman before. I know this because he had a different personality, (a more conservative but slightly rude attitude), and he had blonde hair.
One of my close friends were being held hostage by the thug, (most likely the old lady), in the middle of a big battle, and both the girl and I were intensely thinking about what to do. But we didn't think fast enough; the old lady, who had knife to my friend's neck, slit his throat very slowly, as if to show me clearly what was happening. I watched in dismay as his body crumpled to the ground, and I think the battle might have been over at this point.
I'm not sure if we won or lost, but a bunch of kids were around me and trying to save the badly wounded, including my friend. I remember leaning over him very closely, probably putting my hand on his throat and trying to stop too much blood from pumping out, but I don't remember if he was saved or not. One of the last moments I can remember in my dream is him having a medical air respirator mask being put over his face with his eyes closed.
I definitely had more connecting dreams after that, but they were too close to the time I woke up, so I don't remember any of them. However, I'm pretty sure they didn't involve fighting. And this might just be a fabrication of the mind, (ironic, right? I'm talking about a fabrication within a dream), but something tells me that the girl was captured and I was trying my best to find her.
What's funny about this whole thing is I don't even remember the girl's name, her face, or even what color her hair was. (It might have been either blonde or black I'm pretty sure.) But the only thing that was ever so clear to me after I woke up was her red lips; that and her clever and extremely nice personality. I seriously thought she was the most perfect girl any man could ask for in his life.
I tried many times after I woke up in the morning to re-enter the dream by falling back to sleep, but I just couldn't at one point and I gave up. I probably gave up most likely because I felt guilty about wanting to see a girl who was only a fabrication of my mind within a dream. I felt extremely guilty about the whole thing.
It might have been because of my guilt right after I woke up that I forgot about the connecting dreams of the aftermath, but I honestly don't think they were important anyway, because I don't ever recall the slightest detail about finding the girl again or rescuing her.
I went to sleep yesterday kind of hoping I would enter the dream again, but it didn't happen. I got some usual bull shit dream that was so typical to me. I might not even see the girl or the dream again, but feeling sad about it kind of makes me guilty. After all, the girl is basically a fake; just a dream. It just bothers me that she was so perfect and that she had so many details about her personality that I can clearly remember. It's unfair that she was so detailed, because the more I remember about what made her so perfect, the more I want to wish she was real.
That's about all I can say about this dream... I don't even know why I'm sharing this exactly. I just thought that such a vivid dream should be recorded down somewhere... Anywhere honestly.

This is an extremely awesome dream I'd have to say. I think we can hold on to some dreams really well because they're close to us in some way or another. For you what I noticed was your connection to the dream girl mostly. The fact that you couldn't really remember what she looked like afterwards is because you've never met her, or she's not real at all. (I don't know if it's really possible to dream about someone that's real but you've never met, but that'd be so cool) I've had dreams like it before, only one I can think of clearly enough to remember everything about the guy except what his face looked like. I enjoyed reading it, I'm glad you posted! :D
Woke up from a cryogenic sleep and witness bipedal tanks walking around a busy city at a rainy night. Then a bunch of armored soldiers gave me a lift, a loaded carbine and pursuaded me to join their unit
I was in my dads car while he was racing a motorbike down a country lane. He understeered around a corner clipped a car and we rolled off the edge of a cliff. I miraculously survived and got out of the mashed up car to check on my dad to find that he was incinerated and had turned into a pile of ash...
This dream was followed by another one where I was doing freestyle motocross which was pretty fun until I realised it wasn't real when I woke up :/
I hardly ever remember my dreams but these were pretty intense.
I was basically somehow given the power to fly at high speeds in the sky, and I could also glide along in the ocean waters. I could breathe underwater, which caught me by surprise, but I still kept flying.
And then somehow, everything turned black. I woke up as a cat, in the middle of a dark street, illuminated by the orange lights that decorate it. When I spotted this weird guy who looked funny at me, I ran up to him and hissed. He vanished.
A massive honking sound caught my ears, and when I turned my head, these two lights blinded my view ... and then I woke up.
Quite fun. ^-^
I had the worst nightmare about who knows what. However, when I woke up I was in such a panic. I checked all the windows and the doors and paced around the apartment like I was going to be attacked at any minute. Stumbled into my closet put the first things on I could find. Which is apparently black pants and brown shoes and packed the randomness things I could find and left for work a half hour early.

and then i ordered a smoothie and then i woke up
i met my online bf for the first time irl and he kept wanting me to go to this place at 4am and i was so scared that i didn't want to. he had evil intentions and he kept pulling on my arm... that's all i remember then i woke up from my alarm
