| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- As much as I, and I'd like to think other viewers, find Anne's way of thinking to be charming it's true that the average person probably finds her downright odd and this episode showed that as it was the first time she had been around a lot of people in the town. Obviously, they didn't take to well to the flowers on her hat and people made no attempt to hide their bad mouthing her. I just hope Marilla and Matthew raise her in a way that she matures and doesn't bust out in emotion as frequently, but doesn't lose that personality. Marilla's "headache" in this episode worries me. |

| Okay can this lady just leave Anne alone ? Who does she think she is, seriously, she irritates me. Poor Anne, she didn't think she was doing something bad... She's just a child, of course she makes mistakes. I hope she'll find a friend in Diana. |

| Going to a new place, a new school is difficult. I was the same age as Anne when I go to a new school. You cant have as many as friends you imagine. |
