From what I see here, they will have to wait until the manga actually ENDS ( Yes, the whole manga comes to an ending, be it good or bad ), just like FMA or Mirai Nikki. That way the anime can have the full story adaptation of it, instead of a bunch of fillers just like the other long-running anime.

Would it be a good anime? Not only good, but awesome, great, and epic. Will it be in production soon? No, I don't think so, wait until the manga ends will be the only way to find out.

Yes it would make a good anime, but would they do the manga justice?

I'm just annoyed that they're going to make an anime adaption of Btooom before Eden no Ori. The manga won't be ending any time soon :(

I think people will enjoy btoooom anime more than eden no ori as there is too much thinking exploring while btoooom is pure gore and battle, which is popular among anime fans ..... and I think that it will be good if they anime is created only after the manga is finished since it is too complex to be done in one season and too short to have another long series as it would be filled with a lot of side stories ...

I'd definitely watch it. If they do they manga justice and stick close with it then I imagine I'd eventually put it on hold like I've done with the manga.. but for the type of series this is, I think an anime adaptation would be exciting at least.
And I'd get to see a moving Yarai ^^

yes it will be an epic one...
there's no doubt about it as long as they stick to the manga's story

^ I was the same. -__-
But I read Btooom! And It wasn't so bad, so i'm happy it has a anime.
But I still wish Cage of Eden would get a anime. ; A ;

This only works if it gets a long running anime. one more than 2 seasons worth.

The scenes cant be rushed, and the escape/fights have to be better in order to succeed as a good anime. If it is, it would just be a rip off of Battle Royale.

If the artwork is not good enough, people going to complain. It's going to be really hard to make a good anime with viewers expectations.
ex: SAO light novel was extremely good, but the anime is mediocre compared to it.

I always think this will definitely work really well, but I agree with LuckyMango ↑ They need least a good, solid 26-episode one-off season (which means cutting some story out otherwise it could get rush-y.) Also, need to wait until the manga finishes unless they plan on making 2 seasons :P

Finally, on a personal note, I'm not sure if I'd watch though, since I've read the manga already.
