| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The Insect-mania episode... and something's going quite deeper than that By the way, the long-awaited returns don't just come from two of the five main characters of the Digimon series, so far. There's two more extra special returns besides them (one comes from the Digimon Adventure (and Adventure 02, although this character is in its Adventure appearance), the other one comes from Digimon Tamers) ;) Next episode: we'll continue in the Digi Quartz where, according to the title, it will be revealed the secret of the Digimon hunting ;) Sadly, this will be the 4th out of the 23 episodes so far to have a different animation (a "utterly, completely rushed" kind of animation) than the rest of the series (I hope the last two episodes will be in their normal animation state as the rest of this season's series (except episode 7, 13, 19 and 23 - so far) :( |

| Oh em gee, the excitement I have for this series just increased by like 1000x Now we know not only will the main protagonists from the previous season show up, but also some others Wargreymon ftw Nene x Kiriha ftw Renamon ftw, THIS EPISODE ftw Next episode = amazing again, I SEE X7 *SCREAMS* and Zenjirou, and Beelzebumon and and and *blows up* That dude whose name escapes me (the leader of the other trio) smells fishy though |

| Finallly, an interesting episode. It was refreshing to see Ruki and Renamon once again. I guess I'll rewatch Tamers when I have time. Once again, the creators just had to push Tagiru on the scene. The whole thing about him finishing off the evil Digimon while Taichi and Masaru had very easy time defeating it felt too forced to me. I can't remember ever disliking lead charatcer this much just for him being there. XD I hope we'll see more of the main characters from other series aside from the goggle boys (and Masaru). I wanna see Yamato and Kouji again. :-D |

| Mistake spotted: Mimi's digivice is green which is wrong as that only happens when the crest is activated and it obviously wasn't since Palmon was right there. Anyways, I must have forgotten Taichi's voice was that shrill; his last line sounded fine but the rest sounded a bit too girly... A sign to watch better Digimon seasons, perhaps? And sure it was nice seeing Taichi, Masaru, Mimi, and Ruki but they barely did anything and Taichi and Masaru's lines were weak sauce. Other than that, kinda lame all around. Nene still can't do anything without a man. Why couldn't they have Mimi and Ruki help Nene then have the rivals help Kiriha? That would have been cooler. It seems that golden ring DOES have a role, but it was just a new mode just so Tagiru and Gumdramon can take the spotlight again. Because apparently, team work is much too hard for this cast (and Taiki+Shoutmon can't do jack shit anymore lmao). |
