I understand, wow I can't remember the last time someone actually gave such a detailed blueprint view of the layout they wanted to make! It's a very cool idea so please leave the video up. Yeah that design could be made for sure. Every part of the layout has its own ID code (selector) and you add a ton of customizing codes with that to make it how you want, pretty much limitless. There's a live editor (Firefox Inspect Element) and a list of codes on W3schools thank God, most ppl learn from those if they didn't take CSS in school (me). For your preview it's only a matter of 1) add wallpaper 2) add big preview pics 3) resizing + repositioning everything 4) recoloring the parts of the layout to match the table specifics 5) adding border/shadow effects 6) coding the hover effects If you want to try to make it, I go over a lot of those steps in these videos and make an original layout with a blueprint already. It's basically a crash course in beginner CSS for MAL lol. If no one takes your request I might look into later this year since it could be a fun project to show how it can go from blueprint to reality. Wouldn't be until late August. | That's a really cool layout idea, @Luc36 . Thanks, @Shishio-kun for sharing. As he already said, it is totally doable and would be very nice if you could replicate it with CSS. Also, if the deadline for the contest wasn't so near and if you had some previous knowledge about the language, would be a very cool entry. Adding to Shishio's suggestions, i could say that ChatGPT is, as well, a good tool to help building these layouts and, if used correctly, for learning. Though it helps more when you already know how the language works, it's a good facilitator for more specific things. xD |

In step 2 you need to click the Copy Link button on Imgur after you upload, as seen here https://imgur.com/8Kazhjk Don't use a different link since it probably won't be one that works (especially if it's a address bar url) And then in step 4 add .jpg to the end. So for that image you posted, the proper link they should give you from Copy Link would probably be https://imgur.com/7jnqzL3 and then you add .jpg to the end: https://imgur.com/7jnqzL3.jpg and it goes in image tags: [img]https://imgur.com/7jnqzL3.jpg[/img] Instead of Imgur you can also use a site like Postimages and they give a BBcode link already made. https://postimages.org/  |

| Can we request list features here? I would like to have scroll to bottom/back to top buttons with custom images on the side of my list but I don't really know how to go about doing that something like this that i can maybe change the size/location of myself  |

| @Luc36 I got a working version up if you want to give it a go, the code is here: [Code] And here's a preview:  The list columns I used during testing are the same as in your preview, although I didn't know what you would use on your mangalist.  There is no swap functionality like you showed because implementing it (if possible) would mean a lot more work for both of us, so for now I just didn't implement any of it. Right now the anime/manga buttons just send you to the list as normal, so it's only one more page load in between. I took colour references from the images you shared, but everything so far is done with CSS and is thus easily tweakable, including the sizing of the entire list. |

After I realised the PC was not going to turn on, I unplugged all USB and display except for one keyboard and monitor to avoid accessory issues. I opened it up and cleaned out the dust (was due for this anyway), then I removed all but one RAM stick and re-seated the RAM and GPU to rule out loose connections or faulty hardware as much as possible while still being able to boot and get a display out. Unfortunately that didn't boot either. Luckily though, my motherboard has LED indicators for a few component errors and my GPU light was on. I swapped out my GPU with two old ones I had lying around and still no luck. At that point I had a feeling it had to be the connection between the motherboard and the GPU since I was pretty sure those other GPUs were working. After a lot of faffing about including tearing my PSU out to hook up to another machine and swapping out parts about 5 times I confirmed that all the GPUs worked in other machines. At that point I concluded it was definitely my motherboard. Hopefully not more than that, but definitely at least the motherboard. I don't have enough spare parts to confirm the CPU and RAM work, but I feel reasonably confident they still do since the machine *was* able to stay powered on in some state and the only debug light was the GPU. Since the motherboard is only complaining about the GPU but the GPU works in other systems I have to assume it's specifically the PCI slot that broke somehow. As for the cause, I am not sure. I *was* playing with overclocking a few months ago and I forget if I left it enabled, but I was confident that I had only touched the clocks and not the voltage so I don't know whether that was the cause or not. Could just be fluke. Either way, hopefully I can just plop in a new motherboard and call it good. $100 replacement and done. If not then I'm giving up and ordering an entire new machine for like $2500 because my current rig has a lot of issues separate to this and is not powerful enough for a stable Apex Legends experience lol. A lot of being able to figure this stuff out is annoyingly dependent on how many spare parts you have lying around. Anyhow, that was about 5-6 hours of my day today. I'm just glad it happened after I was planning on taking time offline anyway. |

On my last PC I added a new graphics card but there was not enough room in the PC for it (?!!) so I had to get a little saw at 3AM from Walmart to cut open a gap in the chasse for it lol. I was determined to play Overwatch no matter what! But it was a damn good decision (that was a fun game in its day esp at night). Like ten years ago I took apart a laptop to repair part of it and replace the SSD. What a pain in the ass, so much more trouble than a PC. All those little dark specks? Those are the screws there were like a million of them I had to get through to find just the hard drive. I kept them organized and took pictures before and after but some still go lost and I would find them here and there years later :D Anyways the layout looks amazing!! :O |

I've taken a dremel to my PC case as well (slots wouldn't line up), you gotta do what you gotta do sometimes. I got the replacement in and thankfully it all seems to be working now! |
