honestly i would give it about 5.5/10 just because it had the potential to become something good but just never happened its like they cram it together and didnt do well on that either its just said how much they wasted ( only talking about the anime didnt read the manga)

Not only did this series have a terrible start, but the ending was terrible as well. Eh.

I thought I wouldn't enjoy this or even be able to finish it, but once we got to know the characters better I actually really liked it. Of course this is still nothing more than your average ecchi series. And it's too bad there wasn't more focus on the mystery relating to Himegami. That was just about the only interesting part in the series.

Didn't get to see Takeru's Maken, or Himegami's purpose. Hope it get's a 2nd season to fill this up.

Takeru looked like flying blind zombie to me. I couldn't take him seriously so it all looked like " lets hide under roof because it's raining" situation more then "He's gonna kill us all !!" .
I missed some sort of conclusion like kiss or Takeru's fighting someone important and winning or something. It feels like manga advertisement now. Well if there's second season to cover more of story i might be satisfied.

( Currently interested in OP MC genre. Recommendations are welcomed, preferable those yet not on my list )

unfortunally, we have to be real.

Maken-ki have very poorly chances to be liked and enjoyable. The problem of this anime is the constant fanservice, uniteresting characters and repetitive episodes with differents concepts. If had more focus in the plot(for most bland and unoriginal it is) could be slighty better with also a better score aswell. The story started good and ended being bad. Fanservices don't mean the anime will be good =/ also other thing that bothers me, is how the girls' boobs are so HUGE O.o that medical teacher must implanted a lot of hormones for become like this, is very unrreal.

I Somehow managed to finish this series today. I liked the episode that saved the entire anime, but yet, it wasn't sufficient for make me wish for more. Is a mediocre ecchi anime with a cliché story and characters that had potential to be better. yet it falls hard. At least the OSTs and the animation were good.

Dear users, if you can read this comment, then you also like me are people worthy of praise, because this anime is a real crap, useless and made even bad.
There is also an S2? Really crazy are those who have endorsed the choice to make another season.
If you really want to follow this TV series, I assure you it will be a useful anime to make you lose a bit of time, but nothing else.
My vote is 4/10!
Are magnanimous, because he deserved much less.

Nice anime overall but the only thing it needs is a good story.. Lots of good fan service and comedy!
Man wish the mc actually became a badass.. I didn't want him to turn evil... But at least it was a happy ending!

This last episode was so confusing, I didn't get what happened at all O_O
Pretty much like Ikkitousen, a bunch of likeable characters, a senseless story and average fanservice. 6/10

This episode reminded me this is another average harem anime , although the animation is great and the fanservice is good( could've been better) .
Drop the super power stuff and I might enjoy this because for me mindless fanservice is always fresh compared to average super power story .

Almost forgot : Takeru is like a cheap copy / parody of Emiya Shirou .

There's no much big plot development since most of the show contains fanservice. I'm not complaining tho since, hey it's good to see them ass panties and boobies HD.

A typical ecchi with a whole lot of ass-pulls and tropes. Very high quality pantsu shots tho, can't complain.
