It's fucked up to the point I'm like really? They really put something like this out? |

Who thinks of that shit?! The guy really has problems with women. I remember, near the start, when a mutilated woman was delivered in a box/suitcase/whatever. Disturbing shit. Even when naked, I can't say I get off on drawings of mutilated women, with looks of despair etched on their faces. What makes drawings either beautiful or disgusting is the intent. For example, an artist can draw a sex scene where the female cries in pain, or they can depict a look of unbearable anguish on their faces that's unsettling--attempting to convey the same basic feeling of pain but doing so in a very different matter. Just by reading an author's work it's often easy enough to come to understand their feelings. Hakaba - a hentai author - strikes me as having a distaste for women similiar to MPD Psycho's author. As does the work of another hentai author, who's aptly known as 'Psycho', if memory serves. |

| So as everyday, I was checking out mangareader for new scans. I usually just take a glance at the names, checking out whatever piques my interest. So today I noticed "I Am a Hero" and remembered that I had already added it to my plan to read list, although I couldn't quite remember what it was about. I was SEVERELY creeped out by this. I don't think I have seen something like this in manga before. Very well done scene that convinced me to pick this manga up right now. |

| Uzumaki Ichi The Killer Both of these were really too much for me to enjoy. Some series that felt a sorta "disturbing" but still didn't really creep me out would be Zetman, Shamo, MPD Psycho, Battle Royale. |

If so you misinterpreted me, I don't want to be disturbed. Like I said I don't find his works disturbing, actually I have a view on them similar to yours and I am an avid fan. I dropped Ultra Gash Inferno here nonetheless because I am sure that a lot of other people might find it gruesome. |

In my case I really like death and violence, however, when I was 10 I read Berserk for the first time and I have to say that my once pure mind was soiled considerably by that manga. Now I consider anything not on the same level and beyond is pretty weak stuff. |

| Franken Fran took away my ability to find cute most of the moe things we get nowadays. Its parody of everything and all the blood and scientific logic behind lolis and superheroes were a great blow. Other titles like Deadman Wonderland, Berserk, Gantz ecc. were just splatter, nothing new or hard to bear. |
