A lot, actually, considering I'm not very emotional. Out of my list, Furiko, Tsumiki no Ie, BnHA, FMA and Cowboy Bebop have all made me cry. I'm sure there'll be more in the future.

I was on the verge of tears when I watched Rock Lee fighting Gaara and how Rock Lee is a skilled warrior through sheer effort. Seeing how much work he put into getting better really struck me because he refused to quit

I never cried at live action but somehow I got few anime that made me cry.

No matter how many times I watch it I always cry at Elfen Lied

Another one is Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso

I'm not really sure but I think I cried when I first watched Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Kenkaku Romantan - Tsuioku-hen.

And last but not least Madang-Eul Naon Amtalg. Not many people know it but It's a real gem imo.

There are few that's really sad and almost made me cry like Angel Beats and Ansatsu Kyoushitsu for example.

Very few managed to make me cry like Afters Story, Angel Beats, and this one scene in Lucky Star. There are also some animes that have made me feel sad but not enough to cry like Elfen Lied, and Angeloid of Clockwork.

Anohana and it's movie.
Your Lie in April.
Assassination Classroom.

And something not relatable is Kimi ni Todoke season 1 episode 2 with the desk scene. Made me really happy tbh.

I have shed tears while watching Angel Beats!, Clannad: After Story, and somehow, the finale of the second season of K-ON!. I mean K-ON! just hit me out of nowhere, and i was genuinely surprise that i was crying. I then have a handfull of animes that either made me shed that lonely, manly tear, or have put me on the verge of shedding it.

Yeah, except I cried for many reason than one. Lots of times I cried b/c the anime was so sad, for sometimes I cried b/c a tragic character finally got his/her happy ending, at times I cried b/c an anime was so funny and I cried so many times b/c how bad an anime series was and how good it could have been.

Either it's a sad backstory or a character dying, I always shed a tear.
It's not hard to make me sad when watching anime especially when there's emotional music in the background.
I was even caught crying at a sports anime a couple of times

Do small children believe in santa claus and the tooth fairy?
Does it rain in april?
Did Dr Seuss die september 24? 1991?

...Of COURSE I've cried. Many times. Anime tends to go melodramatic ways, and I always watch ones that have a fantastic story. And fantastic stories involve angst and sadness. :b

The closest was Clannad After Story, Natsume Yuujinchou (season 3 and 4). Where my eyes are warming out.

Otherwise, no, I haven't shed a tear yet.

Anime that have made me cry (whether it be from sadness or joy, though usually just sadness).

Clannad/Clannad: After Story
Kanon (2006 KyoAni remake)
Angel Beats!
Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso. (Your Lie in April.)
Elfen Lied
Gunslinger Girl (the anime only covers about a third of the manga, but I cried from things in both. The manga hit WAY harder though.)
Ookami Kodomo no Ame to Yuki (Wolf Children Ame and Yuki/Wolf Children)
AnoHana
Black Bullet
Ef: A Tale of Memories/Melodies
Koe no Katachi
Kodomo no Jikan (yeah, if you can get past the obvious stuff, there actually is a pretty emotional story, and it does get pretty sad).
Madoka Magica
School Days
Papa no Iu Koto o Kikinasai! (Listen to me, Girls. I am your father!)
Plastic Memories
Sword Art Online II (NOT the whole show, but there was one specific arc in the second season that was very sad)

I've cried, but it doesn't always make sense what will make me cry.

Didn't at all cry during the comedy classic grave of the fireflies, and thats the kind of movie I would expect too, maybe it's because you go into it knowing what will happen.

Also I tend to cry tears of joy and excitement more. I cried twice last week, but can't think what they were, maybe dream festival , or festival r, was a few good moments.

I'm a new anime fan tho. I don't normally cry watching anime (well maybe now that's a different situation) and I'm not that type of emotional person. I sort of cried watching Your Name, it's like a tear dropped out?? And at other parts of it I ALMOST cried again

Once (just a shed of tear, not actually crying), and it's not a popular anime, it's not even a drama or tragedy. Weird, it is. But it just because they simply grow on me.
