| I only noticed it on the second watch, but I really like how the Jovian citizens have fashion styles based off Gekiganger III ... Ms. Nanako's short bob cut and Ken's blue sunglasses. And man, the Kakitsubata looks so good! Maybe even better than the Nadesico. After watching this show I'm seriously tempted to get one of the plastic models online. Unfortunately just the Nadesico though.  Also didn't realize earlier that Nadesico-class ships are named after flowers: Nadesico (Dianthus superbus) Cosmos (コスモス - guess there's more cosmo's than just space or cocktail names!) Kakitsubata (Iris laevigata) Shakuyaku (Paeonia lactiflora / peony) |
