It was really a good movie, but I didnt read the book so some part I said WHAT?

That wouldn't make any sense since Harry has been told several times that he's looks a lot like his father but has his mother's eyes.
But you gotta read the book!

People are too judgemental to compare the novels to the films to anything. I think people forget that if they crammed EVERYTHING from the book into a film, it would come to at least 4-5 hours long a film. People are so damn picky and can't appreciate a film for what it is and not compare it to the novel all the time.

I could pull out the whole "I'd like to see you fit everything into roughly 2 hours worth of film", but that's just an impossible thing to do.

I really did like this film as a FILM, not as a NOVEL. It's always the same fantards that start shouting and bawwing when it's not exactly like the novel. It still had all the important, non-confusing stuff in it.

Just be glad it didn't come out like the The Last Airbender film did. Seriously, be glad of that.

A lot of people die in this movie. (I've read the book and already seen the movie)

I thought it was good, but it didn't wow me like I was hoping it to do. I wished they did more with Dumbledore's past and gave more screen time to some of the other characters (though, I did like the inclusion of more Neville).

A lot of the special effects were less than spectacular, I felt. Other than these little gripes, the movie was all-in-all pretty good, but still wasn't as amazing as the hype made it out to be. For me, finishing the final book felt more satisfying than watching the final movie.

It was a relatively good movie aside from really bad scene transitions and awkward standing looking off into space moments.

I'm a big fan of HP, read the books and watched the movies. I've long since learned not to compare them. DH:II was epic! I've seen it thrice already..I love every second of it, specially the prince's tale..
the 3D wasn't as great as I expected though...

Well honestly for me it was a wicked vote, but would have to say though it was a bit cliche at the very end when it said 19 years later, considering the fact none of them looked at all old. But whatever it was fairly good none the less.

I loved the movie and my dad also says that Harry should have died cause the movie would be better. I kind of agreed but I still like the books and movies. I was always excited to see the movies at a Midnight preview thing.

What I really don't like is that they changed a lot between the books and movies..So it kind of ruined it. >.< But other than that I thought the movie and books are bloody brilliant. ^^

It was good, best part was Snapes past. Worst part was what happened to Belatrix that was so lame. I agree Harry should of died. Anyway it was pretty average, I think 4 was my favorite movie.

It was fine although I'm not sure why they split it into two parts, I vaguely remember Order of the Phoenix being longer the Deathly Hollows book wise. Guessing they just want more money. Accuracy, it was decent enough (Even though they did skip/skim certain parts.). I will always prefer the books over the movies because there's more detail and you can have more freedom with your imagination. I liked the movie, I just wish Draco played a bigger part though.
In all, a rather big chapter of my childhood came to a close, I thoroughly enjoyed the Harry Potter franchise and I have to thank it for 10 magical years.

pretty good, with some wicked cgi effects, but i have to agree with that lack of backstory explanation for dumbledore - only few that are mentioned.

He lives on forever, in your heart, until the very end.
