| Such a fantastic series. The last episode while good was... odd. While the emotions were good, I thought it was kind of lame that last second everyone has a nervous breakdown and reveals the entire story. I guess its realistic in the way that people are stupid and never make sense. Regardless, I am incredibly happy they didn't pull some THROUGH THE POWER OF SWAGGER, MENMA IS REBORN YEEEE shit. Fantastic series, easily a 10 for me. Favorite anime period so far despite its minor flaws. |

| Man I don't often cry watching anime the only anime I can think of where I teared up was the final episode of Angel Beats, but both me and my wife were balling by the end of this episode. When Menma was crying and saying she still wanted to play with everyone, I was crying like a baby lol. Anyways what a great anime definately the best of this season. 10/10 |

I have never seen a anime that does this well with a ghost involved and its BGS (background story). The new animes starting soon could be just as good or get better ratings etc etc. But from all teh anime i've watched that has aired this year, this anime is definitely a canidate for best anime of 2011 so far. rewatched this series at work again today, and its just as good the 2nd time you watch it. |

| I watched this episode around 4 am in a room where everyone was sleeping. The feeling it gave off is amazing. I have never ever cried when watching a movie or an anime but this was just too emotional. It sucked me in and I loved it. I ended up crying and waking up almost everyone in that room. One of the most amazing animes I've seen. I WILLL MISSSS MENMAAAA AND`JINTAAAA D:! @_@. |

| AnoHana was an excellent series. It certainly had some flaws, but I was struck by how much emotional truth was expressed throughout the series. The series also dealt with death in I think a fairly compassionate manner, and showed how the Japanese feel about death and ghosts. |

| Finally watched this. At first it was good. Everything was nice. Then I got annoyed with the pointless crying but it didn't bother that much. This episode brings my final thoughts a 9/10 I am not one to cry for some stuff except Clannad. Though I was already prepared for the supposed to be tears ep. I almost shed a tea,r but they were forming up which means I was moved. |

| Maybe there was a lot of crying and screaming, but it was needed. After five minutes I found myself uncontrollably crying for the rest of the episode. This was such an amazing series and definitely the best of 2011 so far! Loved it so much! :D 10/10 |

Now their is some things I didn't exactly understand... just HOW did Menma die? They never really explain, obviously she drowned / dropped from somewhere but I don't get it, did I miss something? I understand she ran away after Jintan said she was ugly but how did she diiiie?! D: Other questions are more silly. |

| I'm ASTONISHED that I didn't cry throughout the entire series. The only episode that almost had me was probably the first! Which is odd because the more powerful scenes in the story seemed to have caught a lot of people off guard! More on the story side of things, what a emotional roller coaster! I haven't been that afraid to finish a series since ''Clannad: After Story''. I was kind of hoping for something a little more riveting than the ending they gave us, but personally, I think I'm better off with how it ended for now. I'm just really shocked I didn't cry like a baby. Had it made me cry at least once in the series, it would have deserved a perfect 10/10. However, I think a fitting 9/10 would be the most reasonable score to give this series (for now of course)! I hope the bonus episode has something a little more interesting to show about the anime!
