| Welcome to the E33 awards. Where the awards were so one sided that other good games such as Death Stranding 2 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance II just showed up to walk away with absolutely nothing. Not even getting a consolation prize like Hollow Knight: Silksong did. I'm not saying E33 didn't deserve the praise. But come on, it wasn't the only good game that was released this year. Other games deserved at least a little love. But oh well, this is yet another reminder why the Game Awards are taken as seriously as the Crunchyroll Awards. If the awards wanted to be more "prestige", it would be nice to spread the awards across the other nominees. E33 can keep some wins like GOTY and Best Score, but give Best RPG to an actual RPG like Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, or Best Independent Game to Dispatch or Blue Prince even... you know to smaller dev teams an not AA studios like Sandfall. Anyway, with that out of the way, I just showed up for the trailers. And that front at least wasn't painfully predictable like the E33 coronation. |

| As expected, E33 almost wins everything. Congrats to Sandfall. Regarding games announcement, I’m pretty excited about the upcoming Tomb Raider games. This should be a perfect opportunity to get into the franchise (Lara looks hot as hell). I like Uncharted, so I expect I will like TR as well. |

| E33 sweep. Legit lol at WuWa winning players choice. I can understand E33 not being as popular in Asia so maybe less votes outside of the US and other western counties but for WuWa to beat Genshin was a surprise. Didn't care for a single one of the new game announcements though. Seeing Leon in the new RE was cool but I have zero plans on playing it. |
