| Jesus Christ, Sam's indie game getting terrible reviews. Also interesting that Marshall just happens to be her neighbor. Seems this anime continues to show the difficulty life of an indie developer. Sam deserves better but it also paints a realistic look at how hard is to make it the gaming industry. Not going to lie, the drama is entertaining, especially at how real it does feel at times. |

| Decent episode, although I'm not sure how I feel about Samara missing all those chances to confront Marshall Law head-on about how he ruined both her life and her game. In situations like this, the longer you wait, the harder it becomes to say what you want to say. |
| I must be watching this wrong because I find this pretty boring. I don't think it has any potential. Also, two young girls running up to Marshall and asking to hug his sweaty half-naked body. Excuse me?! Does he want to end his career with a controversy like that? Anyway, I had trouble finishing this episode because it just couldn't hold my attention so I am done with it. |

| Art style is still horrible, but this episode was ok. Why would any influencer allow underage fans, as a matter of fact, any fan to hug them when they are half-naked and sweaty? That fucking weird. If Sam was really pissed about how Marshmello reviewed the game, then she should just say it outright. I'm sick of her beating around the bush. |

@Maou_heika Yeah, actually pretty often, at least in the beach towns where I grew up. And often they DON'T have a six-pack magazine bod.

| Liked it better than episode one. Still not amazing, but it's interesting enough to keep watching. For some reason the scenes in the cafe really annoy me though. |

| No way did he just grab a stranger's dog like that. I really don't like him. At least he apologized for that... And the way he talked about the game in his video... This anime is very annoying but I have to follow how this unfolds. I hope Marshmallow (lol) dude redeems himself. At least he should tell his fans not to do review bombing... he is an influential person and should take responsibility. I'm glad Sam has supportive friends though. Also what a stupid cliffhanger, I can't wait to see his face when Sam tells him he played the game wrong. I hope she gets the chance to say it now, it's very annoying to wait |

i had such hopes for this after episode 1. and then this episode began with a brain-dead cliche trope that told me the writer & producers have zero imagination, no respect for viewers, and deserve no audience. they could have told a story about misogyny in the gaming industry, etc. instead they went with a main character who behaved like a billion other weak-a## MCs in a billion other weak-a## pos's.

| Off of the heels of the rather harsh critique from Marshall Law, for him to become Sam's next-door neighbour...what are the odds that life truly is a game? For first impressions, not even Sam's dog Bowser recognizes him, though Sam has no sully of harsh words to get back at him for his critique of her life's work Ruminate game and his fans of review bombing her Indigineer account to the point of flagging it for suspension...yeah, as if she could make a bad first impression on him. Of course, when this word is shared to the others in her clique, there're critiques all across the board, though their support remains strong for her. It's equally similar with her colleague Umed who's more knowing about the games industry, while getting his help will surely help her a lot. Getting the introduction game with their landlord Miss Whipple between Sam and Marshall, her love for games surely turns the tide towards him, but at the same time, his half-unpacked apartment sure has some unwarranted attention as well. However, the bigger problem for Sam being her own self-made game that got roasted the other day, it's the reason for her living, and confronting Marshall at his source...definitely will take some more practice standing out in ways unimaginable, even more striking with Marshall's hot bod. Sam's first chance of defeating Marshall Law...who's this other woman towering over her at his doorstep? |

| Girl. 1. Didn't think I'd one day see the review-bombing blame game play out in an anime. Sure, the creator might not be the one doing it themselves, but it was something done by those who clearly stated which corner of the internet they came from (Marshall and his community). Creators are responsible for their own communities. If they are aware of the happenings and don't do anything about it, they are enabling it. I see how putting the blame on fans here might help with the story - further fueling Sam's insecurities and creating a path for Marshall to become a love interest - but like, urgh... 2. The "nice guy in private, guy who spew whatever without a care in the world online" thing is so real, it startled me. 3. There's no way in hell a game streamer wouldn't know of WoW (assuming the clone in this world is on the same level as the real thing), even if it's not a game they play as part of their content. 4. Bowser best boy. |
