| This casino arc lasted longer than I had thought but they did deserve this celebration. However, they also gave Shigeru a new task. Seems the guy can't catch a real break form all the work. Meanwhile, this episode still has an organization working from the shadows. Seika had way too much fun this arc though. |

| Seika has matured a lot, we are all wondering if the woman that ruined Shigeru's life could go to that world and now we have a new suspect with that new lady at the end. |
| Seiji suggested to Shigure to form a company is unexpected, a company with a "secret" role of countering Order of the Spear operation, Shigure can't say no to that. Interesting development for sure. a short bit about Seika's character development is something nice to see, she comes far from where she has started.  |

| Excuse me, healing spell for uric acid?! Otherworlder modern factory? 😭 This series never failed to disappoint me x "The Banished Sniper Becomes The Sword Hero" doesn't seem to be a bad title lol. Not to mention the hero name itself was a pun. I approve "Burning Flare Humans" as a company name. Yeah, with how simplistic the plot is, I bet she is the creep girl Shiratori from E1. |
| Based on how Shigeru reacted I also think that the lady that walked in at the end is the one that falsely accused him and ruined his life. On that note, hopefully in this world she won't be trouble for Shigeru but if she tries something Seika is a witness, plus with Karina on his mind he's got bigger fish to fry. |
| How exactly will their company make a profit? Vis Bridge is offering employment and security for people suffering from their Special Notes, but how exactly? Is it going to be like an Adventurer's Guild? A temp agency? |
