bro this is normal having relationships like that my mom is 44 and dad is 50 and there are many people having relationships like that. I don't get why people are so obsessive about "Oh he is 4 years older than her it is DISGUSTING" like do these people hear themselves when talking like that, 4 years is not large gap and actually 12 to 15 years is definition of large gap, but heck even if someone is 12 years older if both sides are caring for each other and are comfortable with why not. As long as both sides are comfortable, having consent, and are caring towards each other then what's the issue there? Some people will always have some issues and try to create these controversies based on such their issue, it's best to ignore these type of people.

People are making it a big deal because she's a minor even if she can legally consent (anyone can be groomed even adults because it's about the power dynamics of the relationship), and Bug Eyes seemed wanting to reject her in precedent chapters (they relationship would have worked out better if it wasn't rushed and if they turned lovers once she became an adult imo, it would felt more earned at least). Along with the fact that they made a big part of the last chapter and most people wanted it to be more about the main cast especially Thorfinn. People wouldn't have been that upset if they weren't left with that imo. PS (doesn't really respond to your comment ＼(;ﾟ∇ﾟ)/) : Yukimura is bringing a modern ideology to the Viking period so people doing the same for this age gap doesn't seem out of place. |
