| Welp, Lise having Rikuto as an illusion decoy, an older version of how Kurt would be like, that's taking the joke too far...I agree with Yulishia. Mimico coming days after the settlement on her investigation on who Akuri could be, and apart from ancient magic sensed upon her, nothing seems out of the ordinary, except that she ain't human. But to cage her in the midst of the dragon hunter demon in hostage at the same time, it doesn't feel right, and Kurt, Yulishia and Lisa all retaliate to taking care of her personally is the only way. As to the demon whom she has a connection to Hildegard, to hear that she's being held captive in Margrave Taicone's place, it sounds plausible for release, and the pendant that she wore confirming that connection, they can't easily let Solflare go until they themselves confirm her claims. With everything set in stone, led by Mimico, the discussion on Margrave Taicone is in progress...and it just so happens to be a fight for a date to the festival with Kurt between Yulishia and Lise (of course it is lol). And since Lise won fair and square to "study the market", her accompanying Kurt and Akuri (even experiencing an indirect kiss moment) for that date sure invokes a happy family together, but yet, he also feels powerless that he could not do the saving either. Yet, the "confession" that Lise likes Kurt because of his kindness and spirit to help people, it's defintely not the full feeling yet, but at least it's a "happily after after"...for now. Lise is really a contender for Kurt lol, no question about it. |

| Kurt and friends are preparing to save the mysterious girl from his past. Lise gets to enjoy her 'date', which eventually concludes with a pretty emotional and beautiful scene. Hopefully Kurt's opinion of himself will grow a little bit after that. |

Adding the kid also added about 50% more insufferable and uncanny valley to this. Feels like a waste to drop more than halfway through but it's tempting.

| Another episode starts and once again leaves me speechless. So you're telling me Rikuto is just an illusion who can speak but can't touch? Makes sense, because it didn't for me. How does an illusion even make sound if it's all visuals? I'm feeling stupid for even having this thought. I just feel so unsettled when watching some dumb stuff. Moments earlier, Mimiko was like, "You're going to get more than just prison," to Solflare because she’s a demon and demons are humanity’s natural enemies. Then later, she’s suddenly willing to help another chick, Hildegard, who also happens to be a demon. The level of braindead plot is unimaginable, and it’s suffering for me because I can’t turn off that logic and reasoning switch in my head. How and when did Kurt even defeat Solflare? When did that happen? After Mimiko asks her the question and after Solflare's demand, Kurt shows up to ask a question, only for a rescue mission to begin. What happened to what he wanted to ask? Like, answer the goddamn question. And then there's the so-called love and romance in the show that just doesn't click with me, since I’m not even sure what’s happening. The girls act weird about Kurt, seem horny, exploit him, lie to his face, deceive him, and most of all, random stuff just happens so it feels like nothing ever actually happened. Like how Liselotte was thinking of confessing to Kurt, and of course, the opposite of what she wanted ended up happening. I just wanted this one-sided date to be over the moment it started. How I wish I could drop shitty shows so I wouldn't feel irritated and annoyed for the rest of the day. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| It's truly amazing how boring this anime has become. Kurt's "magic boy who can do everything perfectly" trope wore off faster than a silk blouse in a Jiffy Lube grease pit. And his "Aww shucks, it weren't me" routine is so grating that you could process a wheel of parmesan cheese with it. The only entertainment I'm seeing in this is Akuri because she's cute and Yulishia because her butt is cute. Let's hope Kurt discovers something vital to the hero trope: Testosterone. |
