 MAL × entine ♥ 3rd Edition Have you ever thought two characters would be perfect for each other—if only they were in the same series? Now's your chance to share it with the world MAL! Part One: Submissions You will play matchmaker between two unsuspecting characters in our DB, and then image edit or draw these two characters on their date. For each MAL×entine you'll need:
This is a crossover match-up and cannot be from an existing crossover (e.g. Type-Moon, Clamp) ♥ At least one image of them together. Photoshop, Paint.net, or pencil; find some way to get these two characters into the same picture, so long as it's your own creation. This event does not require you to draw: you can also edit screenshots or official art. No NSFM images. Please no fanart! ♥ Some details. Just a few sentences to sell your couple as the best match. Part Two: Voting Once we collect all of the entries, we will curate them for the best submissions, and then create a voting thread/form where the community can vote on their favourites. Even if you do not make a submission, you can still vote.  Everyone who looks through the submissions and votes will receive a profile badge for participating.No spamming the form with nonsense >_> Even if you do not make a matchup, you can still vote! After voting closes, we will then rank the MAL×entine match-ups by most votes! Creators can aim for first or last place in these rankings ;) The only prize offered is, as usual, bragging rights~ Submission Deadline Wednesday, Feb 12th, 11PM PST You must send in your match-up before this date! The submission for does not seem to allow usernames with underscore in them. My username is filled automatically, but I get error saying to fill in username, when submitting the form.

Personally speaking. I don't think I've ever crossed characters from different vers with each other in my 16+ years of watching anime. So this will be the first. Cannot wait to see what other people have crossed with. |

| This is a really cool idea. I can't say I've ever thought of the possibility of characters from different universes together. I probably won't submit any couples unless I look thru my anime and see if there may be some that fit well together... but I'll definitely vote. Can't wait to see what yall come up with <3 |
