| We got a beach episode, but with the boys in girls swimsuits! A refreshing change from the usual beach episode where it's girls dressed in their cute swimsuits. Animation quality seems to be better than the previous episodes, but no Puniru mahou shoujo transformation scene this time. But it's understandable, since she transforms like 5 times over the course of this episode. |
| Wait, they were kinda cooking this week with animation direction? It looks like Episode director/storyboard was China, and Chief Animation Director was Aya Tanaka, according to the website. I wonder if we'll get another episode with these two working together in the last 5 eps. Anyways, cool episode for a small gag show. I already see kVin from SakugaBlog writing an article about this show when the season ends lol can't wait. EDIT: LOL I guess kVin didn't need to wait for the whole season to end, he dropped the article soon after this ep dropped. That's why he's the GOAT. An interesting read if anyone wants to see a more in-depth analysis of the show. |

Beach episode without the girls going to the beach: I guess at the very least we got to see somebody in a Bikini. Summer Puniru with that white dress was so pretty, the animation quality of this episode was incredibly good and solid. |
| This episode was excellent, the way they tied the manga chapters into one story (summer) was fantastic. Plus, it's still fun to watch. Puniru looked pretty in her new looks. Pleasantly, this anime has been a big surprise for me, with a very nice cast of characters! |

| Wow this was by far the best episode production wise and character interaction wise, feel like a completely different staff and team did it and I LOVED Kotaru and Puniru interactions today. Feel like he finally starting to see her as a girl rather than just a nuisance. She looked stunning in her one piece, I’m a sucker for pretty girls with the straw hat and sundress combo. Cute stuff>>>sexy stuff. Kirara as usual was a riot, but that coffee mix scene at the restaurant was one of her craziest scenes yet. She’s beyond unhinged lmao. The start of the episode with the boys at the beach was also great. Bro said SOMEONE wearing these swimsuits I went to all this trouble 😂 |

| Animators surely have tons of fun animating some of the sequences in this episode. The fluidity of the animation really makes the show even better otherwise it's just a silly gag anime. That shot through the glass during the cafe is stellar. Toho really cooks hard with this episode🔥. |

Superbly fun beach and summer episode made better be super smooth and expressive animation, although we didn't get to see girls in swimsuits, so I guess boys will do, crossdressing fans rejoice? |

| I'm glad to finally be through the Runrune arc. It was fine at first, but I definitely feel like it overstayed its welcome. This episode has more of what I want to see from this show. Good humor and some cute moments with Puniru and Kotarou. Really good direction with this episode too. A lot of dynamic animation and interesting angles. |

| Fun episode with really nice rubbery animation. Puniru was very cute in her summer dress and hat. I wonder how her body felt all chilly like. I dont care im cold i wanna hug her. Was cute Kirara trying to impress Kotaro as he was trying to impress her. Hold up if Puniru can merge with living things what happens if she merges with a person and what happens to the person? Lol Maybe there is a size limit. |

| BTW, just noticed... "Don't wear standard boy school swimsuits" Makes one of the guy wear "standard female school swimsuit" . Also, summertime Puni in white is pretty cute, lol. And Kotaro's brain broke... "She's gonna be in her Birthday suit" Broken cause... Puni is technically ALWAYS in her Birthday suit, her cloth are part of her body, she's actually naked at all times. . Also... nothing's wrong with drinking coffee with cream. In fact, most people that drinks Black coffee are old boomers, LOL. (cause old people have to watch their sugar intake, it's not because they like it or it looks more "grown up" to drink black coffee, lol) . BTW... whatever happened to the beetle... since we know things that goes into Puni... merges with her. Does the beetle gets spit back out or is it actually killed and dissolved into her? Does this mean... Puni could potentially "eat" someone and then take over their body features and possibly memory... VORED... |

| The obligatory beach/swimsuit episode for Summer vacation, where 4th wall breaks are common and quite the contrast in animation, and both Puniru and Kirara are at the Children's Center settling their jobs. Too bad it's only the guys around, wearing the frilly girls' swimsuits instead lol. The hot Summer heat, where animation droops along with it (to great effect), and Puniru being the frilly girl in cold amidst chasing Kotaro down, only to get rejected by Kirara lol. Kotaro's study date with Kirara, with the unexpected Puniru in tow, ends up having a café date instead, with all of the coffee jokes that just went awry with Kirara's sweet tooth lol. And Puniru taking the chance to turn herself tanned, and being paired together with Yusuke for the obligatory time together, Kotaro realizing that he has been lagging behind him when it comes to affections, though his Summer homework ain't quite done yet. To make matters worse, having Puniru be integrated together with a rhino beetle, Yusuke sure aced his science project all the better. What a fiery Summer vacation this is. |
