| I tried watching this anime but I found it very very unfunny. Ppl compared to nichijou as well, but nichijou is far better than whatever this is. Then again, comedy is subjective and maybe my taste is just bad. But I feel like nokotan’s humour is more Japanese pun oriented, which wouldn’t translate well into English. It’s comedy is a also just “random shit happens-🤣🤣🤣”, which is not what I’m looking for. |

| Well, not just you, since Japanese viewers also have the same sentiment like you, where they perceive the show as mid at best, which can be seen from its ratings on various Japanese stream service, like Amazon Prime (rated at 2.6/5), or Hulu (always placed outside of top 10), to name a few, and even Anikore's (a.k.a Japan's MAL) score is at 3/5. |

It's honestly remarkable how "cilantro-esque" the comedy here is. You're either someone who loves the zing it delivers, or you feel like you're chugging a bottle of Dawn Ultra. Needless to say, I still think slamming a bottle of Dawn Ultra is more pleasant than sitting through this direly bland slop. |

| You're not supposed to take it too seriously like many of the ultra gag anime hahah, it's like she's a trickster deer goddess and is just playing around with Koshi for fun. The narration feels unnecessary however, and too many fourth wall breaks in one episode is kinda meh. But if you just get drunk or something and watch a bit, it's some silly stupid funny stuff sometimes xD |

| I jumped on the hype train, looking towards a good comedy but wtf was this? My fault is never to drop a series I start watching, but this was one of the worst series I've seen. First episode was okay, but the randomness of the rest was just pure nonsense. |

| I've went ahead and just finished this in one go, surprisingly. And yeah ... really boring. I'm not usually the type to drop shows, and since I could finish it in one go I've decided to waste the day finishing the series. But unfortunatly my mind wasn't changed, it was really that boring. |

every episode of nokotann is just "nokotann does something dumb and koshi reacts to with by explaining the joke
