This also goes to the OP as a response to the topic, but:
The difference is that most recap/compilation movies tend to have a lot of editing work put into them in order to fit many parts of the story into a single package; and sometimes they'll have minor changes and/or additions such as bonus scenes, and new opening and ending sequences. Those kinds of differences from their TV series counterparts is what justifies them having their own separate database entries.
The Demon Slayer world tour promo movies, on the other hand, had none of that. There was practically no editing work done to them as they were literally just 3 full-length Episodes stitched together. No new OP or ED sequences were added because they didn't bother to edit out the preexisting ones from the actual show. No new extra scenes were added either. And previewing the first episode of the next season hardly counts as "added content", since people who didn't watch the movie are gonna see the new episode anyway once the season starts airing proper, so said content is not exclusive to the comp movie.
You can literally recreate the effect of watching the DS comp movies yourself by just selecting Episode 10 of either Season 3 or 4 on your preferred streaming platform and letting it autoplay for 3 episodes.
Heck, I'm pretty sure those movies can't even be found online because they didn't get an official home release, since there's really nothing there to incentivize a purchase; the theater experience was their real selling point.
If Bluray versions and/or Director's Cut versions of certain titles (with actual art/animation improvements and extra scenes) don't have their own entries on MAL, then I don't see why something as minimal effort as the DS comp movies should have them.
