| So this week we got a Roy focused episode. With the theme of money-making continuing, Friede finds a job moving boulders. However, upon arrival he discovers that 'ferocious' Pokemon are tormenting the workers and so Liko and Roy join in to uncover the mystery. I liked that we got to see more of Roy's training and recognition and the start that he still needs to improve a lot before being able to confront Rayquaza. It was also nice to see him and Fuecoco connecting and assisting the family of Sandile, Krokorok and Krookodile who of course were just misunderstood. I will admit I am a little sick of Roy's gimmick of singing though. I get it is his main distinguishing trait but I just find it a little silly that every plot involving him has to revolve around poorly performed music. Conversely, it was nice that out of that Fuecoco managed to learn Disarming Voice giving much needed variety and improvement to his moveset. Hopefully Liko and Roy continue this trend of major developments as trainers as we continue through these filler/training type episodes. |

| Supposedly disarming voice was introduced back in gen 6, but I don't remember it at all... Just looked as well, Fuecoco can't even learn the move naturally lol, apart from TM. |

| Interesting, so in this season Pokemon can learn TM moves naturally apparently. That or this Fuecoco is a special kind lol Still, this is quite a step for Fuecoco, learning Disarming Voice as one step away from Torch Song. Now I can't stop imagining a (hopefully) future Skeledirge using Torch Song while also giving a whole fiery show lol |

| I love how they had to draw eyelashes on Krookodile just so the audience is 100% sure its female lmao. Eyelashes = girls Honestly kind of fucked up the Volt Tacklers didn't get paid, if it weren't for them the rock would have never been destroyed. At least Fuecoco got something from it I guess. |
