| A wild swing and a miss of a series. The art was great but the story was all over the place. Outside of a couple flashback the characters in the present tense of the story were flat and boring. They brought back two of the MCs from the last series for five seconds only to give insane plot armor and revive the already dead cast. In the middle of the series characters essentially teleported to where they needed to be for the plot to move forward. They were in the house but escaped and fled to a tower but the bad guy were already there despite chasing behind them and having a whole chapter on the road while the heroes were already raiding the castle and during the fight the wolverine chick just showed up because it was the climax. They even comment on how it weird it was she there. The society made no sense, the kept killing people instead of feeding them to the gods which wildly contradicts what most of the character were fighting about. The ending was insanely rushed and this just feels completely lacking especially because the first series felt so complete all of this felt so unnecessary. |
| I'm just laughing at how bad and weird this got, just like the prequel. These guys really hook you in in the beginning, but it all goes downhill halfway through. |
