| Am I the only one, who despite the show's title and tags perceives their relationship as that of a father and daughter, not a romantic couple? This show seemed like typical childcare series, in which a dude adopts a daughter. Also, I don't see any romantic chemistry between them and Elias definitely does not perceive Chise as a member of opposite sex, but as a precious family member. There's also that age difference. | I havent read the manga, but maybe theres a bit more happening later on that makes you feel the romantic aspects a bit more. But looking only at S1, I definitely need to agree, it didnt really seem like they were a couple. |
