I was just visiting Crunchyroll's news section and they led me to an article featuring pictures from AnimeJapan 2023 (click here if you're interested). I was admiring the scenes until I got to the one for Birdie Wing. At first, I treated it just like the others, but then, I saw something rather surprising on the wall of the display: Do you see it? It's right next to the life-size cardboard cutout of Evangeline. It appears that it's a small notice that a possible video game based on Birdie Wing is in development for the Nintendo Switch and mobile platforms (with a QR code; possibly to direct you to more information). If I'm right about this, then I'm all in for a golf video game based on this show! I mean, if you've seen the first season of Birdie Wing, you know why I'm excited and what I want to see in that sort of game. Then again, this show is made by Bandi Namco Pictures. So this might not be a surprise to anyone. |
